Great service, easy to navigate

Was easy to navigate through the order process, and when I emailed customer services due to a delay (by the courier service) they followed this up with them, and my fire was delivered the following morning... great service.

Shocking customer service

Ordered a fire 13/02/26. Money has been taken from the bank and confirmation email received. But since this 16/02/26 we have heard nothing. Several emails sent but not replied to any. Can't find a telephone number to call them on either. The address quoted in Manchester, another firm runs out of it Kabinet limited. Our bank has been contacted and an investigation will be starting soon.
24/02/26 fire eventually turn up. If communication was better,we would have known.

Having brought a fire fire my media…

Having brought a fire fire my media wall from howarm it was delivered very quickly and well packaged, however I've removed from the box there was evidence of the frame that sits against the media panel was bent, this was a little annoying so I contacted howarm, there customer service was excellent and we came to an agreement so although there was damage on the goods the customer service warranted a 5* review many thanks 🙏

It was easy to order and the fire…

It was easy to order and the fire arrived with slight damage to the packeting but the fire was fine.

I was kept informed that there would be a slight delay to the delivery because of driver problems.

The product arrived and I was pleased with it, however, I felt there could have been some more variation of the stones as I only had a packet of white stones

Absolutely shocking - didn’t deliver anything but took my money.

Absolutely shocking customer service - still waiting over a month for my order! I have had zero replies to my emails and cannot contact the company. Last shipping update I had was 11th Dec and nothing since!!! They have taken my money and are ignoring me - fuming with this company! My order number is 1215 IF a miracle happens and HOWARM decide to reply to this and actually let me know what’s going on.

Update: still no resolution 2 days after posting this

I woukd of been happy if tge driver rang half an hour before tge property was empty i had to sit outside for over three hours in my car

Avoid chinese scam

Dodgy Chinese website, address on website is a location to another company's showroom and the other address is a warehouse and used by another company.
No company's house registration and VAT information on website. Emails are replied in the morning indicating a Chinese company operating from china. What can of company says live chat 9am to 11am, 2 hours wtf? And no one is online anyway
