Charged six times after cancelling: still billing me, won’t delete my data
I cancelled my subscription and have asked Huashort repeatedly to stop charging me and to delete my personal data. They have now debited me six separate times after cancellation, and every refund and data-deletion request I’ve sent has been ignored.
I’ve had to escalate this myself because their support simply doesn’t action what you ask. Continuing to bill someone who has cancelled, and ignoring a clear request to erase personal data, is not acceptable.
Avoid unless you’re prepared to fight to get your own money back and your data removed. I’ll update this review if they finally resolve it.
