If you live (employed or not) or work in the City of Hull, East Yorkshire, North or North-East Lincolnshire, or work for selected employers further afield, you are eligible to join.
Savings Accounts - We offer easy access accounts, a Christmas Saver that locks funds safely away for festive spends, and Junior saving for the special children in your life. All FSCS protected. Encouraging people to catch a savings habit is our passion. Also save-as-you-earn through our employer partners.
Affordable Loans – if you wish to borrow (from £100 to £20,000) on fair and responsible terms, think of us. Lending decisions are made by people, not computers. We carefully assess each applicant's situation, focus on affordability and tailor repayments sensibly. Unlike many lenders, our rates are capped by law.

After spending nearly a week looking…
After spending nearly a week looking for a debt consolidation loans, looking at quotes, getting declined for most (barring stupid paydays) I came across credit union. At the time of my application I thought its worth ago due to all the different debts I had to pay.
Credit union kept me updated every step of the way and accepted my application, which was an absolute shock.
They were very helpful and paid off all my debts directly so I didn't have to do a thing.
Staff are very friendly, professional and informative and I am very happy with the experience.
I'm now only paying one company rather than 10 and I'm £60 better off a month and I have opened a savings account with them too!
100% recommend.

HEY Credit Union Helpful and Constructive.
I first came across Hull and East Riding Credit Union when I needed a new boiler at my last address and they were recommended by the local council. I have always found them to be helpful, approachable and understanding, it was great to have constructive advice when I was in difficult situation.

Hull Credit Union are brilliant and have always been there for me and available in my hour of need. Very, very competitive loans and interest rates. Why go to back street loan sharks, cons or payday loans to pay even more than you borrowed back? Step forward Hull Credit Union. I’m all paid up now with and actually saving money in my account. Oh the staff are brilliant too.
