If you live (employed or not) or work in the City of Hull, East Yorkshire, North or North-East Lincolnshire, or work for selected employers further afield, you are eligible to join.
Savings Accounts - We offer easy access accounts, a Christmas Saver that locks funds safely away for festive spends, and Junior saving for the special children in your life. All FSCS protected. Encouraging people to catch a savings habit is our passion. Also save-as-you-earn through our employer partners.
Affordable Loans – if you wish to borrow (from £100 to £20,000) on fair and responsible terms, think of us. Lending decisions are made by people, not computers. We carefully assess each applicant's situation, focus on affordability and tailor repayments sensibly. Unlike many lenders, our rates are capped by law.

Goole branch always “unexpectedly…
Goole branch always “unexpectedly closed”, opening hour’s shrinking by the minute. When raised with manager Jo she so defensive and a bit snappy. Shame as is good to have a credit union in a town like Goole, just open it to public evry now and again. More money advice posts please on fb group too please, not just constant staff fundraising and bragging.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry about the unexpected branch closures. Just now our colleagues in Goole are going through really difficult times and have greatly appreciated the kindness, support and understanding shown to them by our Goole members. During the Covid period, it has not been possible for us to provide stand in cover from another branch, as we are trying to avoid inter-branch travel in order to keep everyone safe. Like all service organisations, we are anxious to provide a full member service across the Credit Union as soon as possible and can't wait for normal times to return. I have previously had a home check loan…
I have previously had a home check loan which helped me out to improve my home and paid off early. Just been approved for another loan so that along with my savings can finish off my house. Found the whole experience of dealing with the credit union a pleasurable one and staff really helpful in helping me to achieve my goals. Many thanks

Searching for car finance
I had been searching round for car finance and found the rates a little high for a self employed person who did not want a large loan over £5,000 + and did not want to dip into my own money to much.
Then realised I could apply to the HEY Credit Union.
From start to finish they where very helpful and the money was in my bank account very quick.Plus i was saving from £40 to £95 a month by using HEY Credit Union and not other sharks so as they say it is best to shop around and save yourself ££££££'s

Was totally disappointed to be turned down for a loan after been successful on numerous occasions, been a very good customer and never missing a payment, also a very good savings customer over numerous years.
