I got this for my grandson to give to his pawpaw for Father’s Day . What a big disappointment I’m almost embarrassed to give it to him . The quality is terrible, the front of the hat is made of plastic or something hard , who wants to wear that ?? It also took almost a month to receive it . I do not recommend this product at all they should be ashamed of selling it.

I was so excited when I received my package in the mail. The quality of the product is phenomenal. I know that my boyfriend is going to love it because I fell in love with it when I was ordering it for him. The only negative thing I will say is that it seem to be a long time to receive the product.

I placed my order almost 3 weeks ago, still haven't received it and I feel the tracking company used is substandard. My package has sat in Chicago Illinois for a week and I live very close to a very big city (Houston) in Texas.

Shipping was standard
Shipping was standard. My only complaint is, with hat orders there needs to be something put in the hat’s to help with the bending of the hat. It’s kind of hard to get the shape back.

Didn’t get what I ordered…
I ordered a gift for Father’s Day with all five of his grandkids names on it. Once I received the package, I realized I received someone else’s package. Fathers Day is Sunday and I have to find another gift

Kids names too small
I love the Cap I ordered but the names is so small on it you can hardly see it and you can't really make the names out...I wish the names were a little bit bigger in size but the Topic name size is good...
