If you want the best service bar none speak to Sam Kingsland-Joy, On collection of my pre-owned vehicle it became apparent that a couple of items were missing that we assume had been kept by one of the pervious owners. Sam ordered up the items without any quibble whatsoever, and emailed me to keep me up to date with the order progress. Thats a perfect service, recommended

Purchased 4th car from humphries and parks. Sales team were as exceeded expectations. Requested a specification for a vehicle not held locally Mike went the extra mile to get the vehicle transferred down. A few months in had an issue with the boot. Mike and the service team very quickly dealt with and fixed the issue.

I purchased a new second hand car from Humphries and Parks and the service was excellent.

Salesman caled mike blatantly lied to me on the phone that a car i was coming to see was clean and all good round car. When i got there to see the car it was clear that the front bumper and wing had damage to paint.I pointed out to the so called dell boy salesman namely mike as he had wasted my time driving there to look at a damaged car that he had said was okay, thats okay we can get it buffed out,i laughed and said it goes back to the metal to which he replied we can get it sprayed over . He clearley wasnt bothered by his attitude towards telling us a pack of lies how good the car was so we walked away. STAY CLEAR of this place and dont waste your time driving there to view a car they say is all good and immaculate as it will be some old banged up car. Excellent customer service from enquiry to personal online tour to completion of purchase. Jon Rogers was superb and couldn’t do enough, making my daughters first vehicle purchase special. Smooth and easy transactions.

We were lied to about the performance of the vehicle and completely lied to about the financing of the car. Utterly untrustworthy.
