We contacted FedEx but we have not received the return yet. Anyway, we have fully refunded this order already. We will let you know after we receive the returned package from FedEx. Sometimes it takes a little longer for a package to arrive from Hawaii.

Shipping was quick. The bow itself is much more than I expected.
