Cancelled my course 4 days before and tried to up sell me on to another course in a different location at higher cost to myself.
Lost deposit for accommodation booked for the week. Avoid and book directly with a company.

Will see if I manage to get a refund.

Great experience with Hurak, had my emergency first aid course and SIA refresher course and Everything went well, the tutor was amazing and all was well understood. I will always recommend everyone to go to Hurak for their training.
Any questions bordering you,you call them and straight away they will give you a positive response.

First aid trainer Humza was brilliant. Experienced showed. Whole class loved him. Funny and could do everything from the top of his head. Really recommend him to all. Hurak centre was clean and easy to find too

Excellent trainer. Hamza was straightforward to the point and an experienced trainer. Knows what hes doing and talking about. Experience shows. The booking was easy. Customer support was friendly and the teaching was top notch. Hamza knew what topics to spend time on and what to skip through. We were a class of 12 and every student even those where english wasnt first language passed first time which just goes to show how good he was. Cant recommend him enough and hurak.

Booked a course 2 months in advance. The day before the course Hurak called and informed that course has cancelled due to low numbers. When I asked to re book me for the following course, they wasn't sure either if the next course will go ahead, so I called the learning center directly and verified the information (did all the job myself) Once I've passed the info to Hurak team, they still were unable to book me for the course for unknown reason for me. When I mention that I would require compensation - they blocked my mobile number, so I had to call them from landline in order to reach to them. Few days later a manager contacted me, and agreed to book me on the course and refund a discount for the inconvenience - And cherry on the cake - she failed to book me, as she couldn't reach to the instructor for two days. Lost a week of my time, refunded the money and booked elsewhere myself.

I understand that Hurak is 3rd party, and it was their learning provider who failed them (3sixty) however the people I deals with seems quite incompetent, as the simply failed to rebook me for another course

Brilliant first aid trainers at Hurak. Experienced trainers that know how to teach and what they are doing. Humza was amazing. Clean venue and premises. Top notch trainers
