I was almost going to stop my subscription... Because I had been waiting so long to swap bikes. Then in rolls a service technician called Del, who quite frankly went well out of his way to help me during a service to the bike I already had. "Leave it with me" we're his words and low and behold the very next day I get an email saying the bike would prepped and ready asap. Not only that , but when it did arrive I was disappointed that the new bike had no throttle lever. Del, who was already extremely busy took the time to install one without me even asking for it. Absolute 5* service from him. You should be proud to have such a decent guy working for you.

I love this bike only problem I have is that the wheel doesn’t seem to sit flush with the rim this worries me a lot I did puncture the tyre but got that sorted by a professional but after re pumping the bike it won’t sit flush with the rim got the right side too hurricane can you help me with this please thanks Aaron Hopkins

in the interest of integrity i will say that the delivery was later than advertised due to high demand however the office stayed in contact and informed me of this on my initial phone call before i purchased and kept me updated throughout. I went into this expecting a cheap standard of product and customer service due to the low price point. i was pleasantly surprised. the company were professional and informative and tolerated my weaponised autism when i ask a million questions. the bike itself is fantastic. it looks cool and rides like a dream. as i have an injured knee and awaiting surgery i really needed a bike that would be effortless and this really is and easily handled a 10 mile hilly journey with my 18 stone backside on it. the motor is smooth and quiet with serious torque while staying within the legal limits. the only downside is the speed but that is due to the uk government not hurricane. easiest 5 stars i have ever given in a review

what can I say.

We hired two eBikes as we were taking part in the Women’s V Cancer ride the night. Due to our age and the “heart is willing, but the body says no way “we felt it was the only way to carry out the 55km ‘Ride the Night challenge’ and raise much needed funds for Womens Cancer.

We hired the eBikes from February which provided us with plenty of time to train (our intention was to use the battery as little/not at all as possible but to be there if needed).

From the first call to Hurrecane eBikes we knew we were onto a winner “Mel” was patient and listened to our every need, ensuring that we could get the right equipment and eBikes to meet our needs. On receipt of the eBikes (which were delivered when requested) the engineer was attentive and carried out a full explanation of the bikes and even put our own saddles on for us!

During the training (prior to our big night) we encountered a couple of issues but Hurrecane eBikes were quick to send out their engineers to assist. The service was prompt, courteous and nothing was a problem, the engineers were fantastic.

Hurrecane eBikes, thank you to your team, especially Tara, Mel, Francesca, Richy and the first engineer, whose name I have forgotten. You helped us throughout our journey and helped in ensuring that only one bar of the battery was used (some big hills) that we could hold our heads up high at the finishing line.

I honestly believe that Hurrecane eBikes should advertise at Cancer V Women events and any other events, as the service that they provide, their professionalism and their eBikes are second to none.

Would I use/recommend hurricane eBikes to anyone, absolutely, 100%. Their customer service is and eBikes are fantastic.

Fantastic service ... Well worth the wait .. Bike delivered by a fantastic Gentleman gave me a full walk threw of how to use the bike .. safety features .. all staff in office answered all my questions over the phone all very helpful ... If your wanting to subscribe for a bike Hurricane is the place to use at a fantastic price too thanks again

i have not received my bike yet i was told 7 to 10 days that was 3 mondays ago now i really hope my bike is not sitting in there warehouse wile they wait for more bikes to fill up the van to be taken down to southeast kent area i know yesterday was a bank holiday so 10 working days today not including the monday i paid but i am shore the bike will be great better than walking 5 miles to get to work leaving at 04:40

One year later and I still have and love my bike, I've had a couple of mishaps and always had a fantastic response from the hurrecane team.

Still highly recommend.

Quite seriously, I really do highly recommend if you are looking for an ebike with support from people who know what they are doing.

Amazing service, continued contact with updates from order to delivery, and after delivery. Friendly staff, very helpful.
The bike itself was well maintained, engineer who delivered it explained in much detail all aspects of the bike, repairs etc.

Well what can I say? The recent customer service I have received from the team at Hurrecane has been outstanding. Nothing has been too much trouble, they have answered all the endless questions I have asked while struggling to decide on the best bike for my needs. The team couldn’t have been more helpful as I had many questions when working out what bike was best for my needs. The bike was delivered quickly & I have used it every day since! I’ve had a bike from Hurrecane for about 6 months now, never had any problems, the staff have been really helpful and nothing has been too much trouble. Bike itself is awesome, really love it, I’ve been recommending it to everyone.

Rented an e-bike from Hurrecane a couple of months ago for food delivery, much cheaper option than other rentals and the bike has been great. Delivery was also straight forward and informative.

I can only say it was a 5-star service, the bike (T250) was delivered in fantastic condition and the term of 4 months rental was enough for me to understand what I really needed from an electric bike. The staff were most helpful on delivery explaining everything I needed to know to enjoy this bike. The office staff, (especially Mel) were also most helpful when I had any queries and when organising the return of the bike. The deposit was returned to me the following day after the bike was picked up. I have enjoyed the experience of renting this bike and next steps will be to purchase a bike from Hurrecane.

Decided to finally get an e bike after years of the old way, Hurricane have been informative and and helpful through the whole process, bike was delivered on time and the guy who delivered it was knowledgeable and friendly, the RS8 fatbike is a Monster of a bike, I added the throttle and would highly recommend it, hills even steep ones are nothing anymore, overall cycling is more fun than ever.

I am renting a Freedom 410 E-bike despite it took a time until been delivered the technician who delivered it gave me all information I needed, they have great customer service, all my questions were professionally answered.
