I have worked with the team for a number of years on various transactions, and I have to say they are all great professionals with high levels of care and attention to detail. The service is great, as are the internal systems and processes.

I recently worked with Huttons & Partners and was very impressed. From the beginning, Nick was communicative, honest, and incredibly helpful, guiding us through each stage of the process with clarity and professionalism.

What really stood out was the level of personal attention and transparency—something we hadn’t experienced with other estate agents. Nick was always available to answer questions, gave realistic advice rather than over-promising, and made sure we felt supported throughout.

My friend had a terrible experience with Hutton and Partners. Nick, Adam, and Jamie pressured her relentlessly at the final stage, making the deal impossible. They demanded an outrageous £2,000 reservation fee and refused to refund it, even though the deal fell through due to reasons beyond her control.

They wasted her time by booking a viewing without informing the seller, and the stress caused her to seek medical help. Their unfair terms and unprofessional behavior show they have no integrity.

Avoid them at all costs!

This was my first experience selling a property and Nick was great throughout, I was nervous and had a lot to learn & he made it a breeze. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Jamie was absolutely first class from start to finish. Our chain was long and awkward, however with his constant endeavour and the fact he was on hand 24/7 he helped get us across the line. I cannot recommend Jamie highly enough. A very pleasant guy and hard worker. You can’t ask for more than that. 5*

I do not recommend cooperation
I am not satisfied with the work of Gabriela Nazar, I found the property myself, all her work was to book a viewing, everything was fine, we got to the signing of the contract, but I found a big difference between the floor plan and I decided to refuse. After consulting with Gabriela I decided not to buy this property and we are trying to find another one, we agreed that she would do other viewings for me on new properties, she ignored my messages for almost a week and a week after our conversation she told me she will no longer working with me because she did her job

Jamie is an absolute rockstar. Very professional, pretty much always available and always willing to lend a hand to simplify things. He dealt with the sale of a shared ownership flat sold at 100%. Secured a buyer within the first three weeks, and gave me a precise roadmap from day 1. if it wasn’t for the conveyancing from the buyer which pretty much took ages, we would have managed to stick to it perfectly. Luckily he was always there to help during difficult situations ( and there was many in my case) and try to mitigate to get the best possible outcome to keep both sides happy. I would 100% recommend, Huttons and partner will be my choice for any future sale and purchase.

Unfortunately, I have to deduct two stars due to the nightmarish experience with the sellers' solicitors throughout the entire process. Their questionable practices have made the situation incredibly challenging, potentially necessitating legal intervention, which only exacerbates the issue. While it's true that sellers have the autonomy to choose their solicitors, it's reasonable to expect processes in place to ensure they select reputable ones, especially considering the control exerted over buyers to prevent withdrawal before the exchange.

On a positive note, Nick/Jamie provided exceptional support and assistance throughout the entire process, even extending his help beyond completion. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to others and would certainly engage with them again in the future, terms and conditions apply*.

Recently rented my Battersea flat via Huttons&partners. Personalised service, selective choice of tenants. Not like the big chain estate agents! High recommend them.

These guys are simply the best! I was absolutely impressed by what they have done for me, the way they handled every aspect of letting my property, their personal and interpersonal skills. Just hours after instructing them they had three offers above the asking price and I enjoyed accepting the one which was 30(!) percent above what other agents with a lot of knowledge have advised based on the current market. The key to their success was Nick's sublime knowledge of Mandarin and the Chinese culture combined with Jamie's top expertise of the Canary Wharf area and market. Their team effort, attentiveness and attention to detail were second to none. Couldn't be happier that I came across this company. Thank you guys!
