I bought a product from Huws Grays in Leeds that they could not supply and after contacting them several times I am still waiting for my refund.
Terrible service in general.

It was just an easy and pleasent way of ordering something on line. I must say you were the last company I tried for the part I needed. As all the others did not have it in stock. I even got a call to say it was ready to pick up.
A very good service all round.

Ordering on line was quick and easy. Nathan at the wigan branch was polite cheerful and helpful. Materials were delivered when stated.

Plenty of communication regarding the fuel crisis-based holdups for delivery from the Gaerwen branch. When the topsoil arrived it was expertly delivered into my very tricky driveway. The topsoil was beautiful, fully sifted and with compost clearly mixed in. My only complaint would be that it was not at all compact and my estimation of 4 big bags was out by a full 100% after compaction! Another 4 bags have been ordered.

The delivery man came but the skip hadn’t gone, he offered to go to his next delivery to give time for them to take it, when he arrived they still hadn’t taken it, so he put my delivery as far down the front garden as he could for me, he was very polite and patient, I will be ordering from you again

Well ordering stuff on line hoping be the right quantity and it turned out its in metres you order not by the length and 1 chap looked at us like we was thrives but the chap who helped in end was very well and good guy out of the lot

Placed online order,got confirmation..they are supposed to ring you with delivery time and date....but didn't...just got dump in my front without any communication.....two days later...

I hired equipment and purchased landscaping materials.
The staff were friendly and professional.
I made an error in line and ordered some materials for collection in Gloucester which is a bout 5 hr drive and I do not have a van .
This error was rectified without making a drama out of a crisis

Delivery was delayed as a result of a truck breakdown, but the Huys Gray Dover team did a great job keeping us updated on rescheduling options. The delivery chap was exceptionally helpful and careful with the heavy bag placements, and the quality of the materials was exactly to the standard we were hoping for. Would use again without hesitation.

Awful experience so far! Bought an expensive picnic table on line. What was delivered had clearly been sat on a yard for a year or two - all the bolts and screws rotten. It took them 11 days to collect it… and now another 8 days have passed and I’ve still not had a refund! They don’t answer the phone, they don’t reply to emails. Thankfully I paid by credit card as I may well have to do a claim!
