I ordered a number of items as requested by the landscaper laying a patio for us. Unfortunately he wasn't very good at estimating the quantities and we are now left with 2 LARGE bulk bags of sand. I visited the Thetford branch where I bought the supplies from to ask if I could return these items. Jobsworth Neil at the branch said they couldn't take them back as " someone" might have put something in the sand thus they couldn't resell it !!!!!. What nonsense as the bags have been in our garden. Happy to take your money, but for something as simple as asking to return these 2 bulk bags, not intetested.

Should have ordered more topsoil first time, phoned them up and they bent over backwards to get me an extra load on same day. Superb service.

Delivery service driver was great
Delivery service driver was great. Courteous, efficient and precise. I should of received the phone call within their specified time but it did not happen so I called then to arrange delivery. It was a good mix I received.
