Slow delivery
My online order didn’t seem to go through in their system and I had to call in after a week of hearing nothing, then the rep pushed the order through which took another week to receive. It ended up fine but I think their job to to administer the purchase and delivery of a product which didn’t go well.

Resposta da Hvacsupplies
Hi Pat, we’re sorry for the frustration this experience caused. After reviewing your order, it appears there was a miscommunication on our end regarding product availability. The order was placed directly through our website, and when we discovered the original item was unavailable, we sent a comparable replacement in an effort to avoid delaying your shipment before receiving confirmation from you.
We understand this was not the experience you expected, and we sincerely apologize for that. Once the item was returned, we processed a full refund promptly. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our communication and order handling moving forward.

Pleasure to do business with.
I recently purchased my second unit from this company and both times they’ve been great to work with! I received my system very quickly and there was a mix up because they gave me an additional discount but my new quote excluded the installation kit so I contacted them and they discounted it and sent it Fed Ex to me at no charge! They definitely honor their word and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing anything they carry!👍
