Why give me an expected date of delivery then change it to 2 days earlier? I have the first date of delivery off but then fedex changes it to their preference. I had to take an extra day off which cost me 210 dollars for nothing. If I have to sign for a delivery then let me know what day to be there or I cannot plan. If you are working with a delivery company that won't deliver on a specific date then don't use them. I spent 900 on the unit, but it cost an extra 210 to call off work which my employer didn't appreciate at all. Maybe your company is good with your employees not coming to work just to accept a delivery at home but mine doesn't. Hard to believe this is an ongoing problem but I won't buy from a company that forces me to stay home from work just to accept a delivery.

I didnt have any issues with the delivery of the equipment. What i didnt know was that there was going to be another delivery for the kits. FedEx responded that they would delivery it the next day, they never showed up. That was Friday, so the kit arrived Monday. 1 of the lineaet kits did have all the additional installation materials but the other did not

One product is defective, manufacturer wants me to pay for. Mini splits for less doesn’t want to send another unit, so I’m just gonna order another one.

The delivery was not as expected,I called the customer service they told me im supposed to it yesterday but unfortunately I got it today and the customer was very upset
