I placed an order for 2 x towel rails on 23rd June. I did not receive a confirmation email and so I sent an email to chase. I received an email with a Evri Tracking number on 26th June. A week later however, Evri tracking is still showing waitng to be collected.

I sent another email and received a response stating, the delivery status can take time to update. I then received another email to say that my order is being packaged and will be shipped soon.

Evri is still showing waiting to be collected. Like another reviewer, communication is conflicting. It feels like a scam. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

21ste gevraagd waar mijn spullen bleven,
1 artikel was niet op voorraad maar begin van de volgende maand zou het er zijn en zou het verzonden worden. Gekkenwerk natuurlijk. 1 artikel geannuleerd. De rest duurde ook alsnog een week. Kwaliteit blijkt dan ook nog middelmatig tot slecht.

Die Lieferung erfolgte sogar früher als angekündigt, der Preis war super!!
Da liefern einige Online Händler aus Deutschland wesentlich später!

Impossible de finaliser une commande sur leur site avec le mode de paiement par virement malgré l'option proposée. Leur service clients par email est d'une nullité jamais observée. On a l'impression de parler à une IA, ils ne cessent de me demander de recommencer la commande... J'attends toujours la facture proforma et leur RIB. Quand on voit le parcours du combattant pour commander, on se dit que le SAV en cas de problème doit être catastrophique.

I placed my order on 22nd May, and as of today, I still have no clarity on where my order actually is. This has been a very frustrating experience, especially as the delivery keeps getting delayed with no reliable updates.

What is most concerning is the completely inconsistent communication from customer support. I have received multiple, conflicting updates:

First, I was told the order had already been shipped

Then I was told it was still being prepared and would be handed to EVRI shortly

After that, I was informed it was on the way

And now (as of 12th June) I’m being told the delivery is delayed further and expected only by the end of June

This lack of clarity and reliability is unacceptable. It feels like no one genuinely knows the status of the order, and updates are just generic responses rather than accurate information.

Because of this delay, my project is now on hold, which is causing real inconvenience and disruption.

I understand delays can happen, but what matters is transparency and honest communication—both of which are clearly lacking here. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about ordering if you’re working to a timeline.

I called before placing my order to confirm stock, a very nice woman answered and helped me right away. My order was shipped right away. I have not yet received the items but with their generous return policy and kind staff I have no concerns. I highly recommend them, despite the mixed reviews here.

Die versprochene Lieferzeit wurde nicht eingehalten, so dass das Geschenk für meine Mutter erst nach dem Muttertag ankam. Dabei stellten wir die Beschädigung eines Teiles fest. Hier wiederum reagierte die Firma sehr schnell und korrekt, was zu loben ist.

Also ich hatte keine Probleme. Der Versand war 1-2 Tage verzögert aber es hat sonst alles geklappt. Hatte nach den ganzen negativen Bewertungen die Sorge dass meine Bestellung lange braucht, vorallem da ich die Griffe die ich bestellt hatte, dringend bräuchte. Vielleicht liegt es auch nur daran dass es "nur" Griffenwaren. Aber ich kann nicht meckern.

Annulleret ordre - Forhandleren trækker pengene alligevel og er meget tæt på ligeglade med om vi får vores penge retur.
