I bought from this company before, quite a few years back. They had a record of what I use on the filter cart for hydraulic oil. I ordered 6 filters and they arrived faster than I thought they might. 3 micron used for injection machine oil tank filling after clean out.
Price is up slightly from prior order, but it has been a while. Will buy here again. No negative issues.

Invoice name in personal name ( not in company name) phone no is incorrect and UPS is not able to reach us
However shipment is hold on costoms more then 7 day due to wrong documentaion in original invoice.

The experience to date has been great, just as it was when I last purchased the Filters. Unfortunately, I am currently in lockdown here in Auckland New Zealand and Covid has messed with deliveries which is not a problem for you.
However, the process of ordering, confirming and despatch has been very quick and seamless.

Hello Todd,
I apologize that you feel that way. You placed your order on June 11th. The filters you ordered were not in stock and were made to order. The order shipped 13 business days after the ordered was placed. Our advertised Lead Times are 10-14 Business Days for non stock items. We shipped the order according to the level of shipping you purchased at the time of checkout. At the same time DHL and UPS international shipping which have Guaranteed transit times to Australia of 3-5 days were offered. You choose "USPS First Class Mail" which deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Your tracking information currently shows that your package departed from Hong Kong on July 15th and is currently in transit to the destination. To help this from happening to other customers we have since removed USPS as an option for international shipping and only allow DHL or UPS. I do apologize again for how long it is taking and hopefully your filters will arrive soon.
