DO NOT BUY
After a long wait and no contact or invoice the shoes arrived and they are so badly made it’s disgusting how this company got so many good reviews. I say they are bogus. The shoes smell so bad of chemicals and they are the opposite of soft. The toe area feels like I’m wearing rubber thongs. The packaging has no overseas address and still no invoice in the bag so I can’t even return the shoes.

I Ordered a pair of these shoes on…
I Ordered a pair of these shoes on October 10. I have never received them. Tracking number shows them as being in los angeles for almost a month and going no farther. Inquires to the customer service goes unanswered. I will never purchase shoes from them again no matter how good they are.

While I did receive the offered 40%…
While I did receive the offered 40% refund I am still stuck for 60% of the cost for shoes which are missing the removable insole and are way too large.

Regarding the removable insole, we read your email and found no reference to it.
While we do offer a free exchange, it appears that the size you ordered is the smallest we currently offer in our store.
We like to offer our customers different options when they reach out to us to let us know that they wish to return/exchange the shoes; however, everyone may choose whichever option suits them best.

I ordered Oct 8
I ordered Oct 8, 2022 and have yet to receive my order. Shipment according to tracking is in Los Angeles which coincidently is the same as the origin. I have emailed, chatted with and no one seems to help except to send me a Tracking under "Nuve". When checking daily it is supposedly in Los Angeles. No refund was given, no one able to let me know where they are. I paid for the shoes that I never received.

The Hypersoft sneakers were received and in good shape. They are exactly as shown and very comfortable especially in the toe area.
I was hoping I could use them for long walks, but there is not enough for that Overall I like them very much and they look so good.

Terrible shipping! 4 weeks with no shoes and no reply from company.
I placed an order for 3 pairs of sneakers and 1 pair of slippers on 10/11/22. I received emails that the sneakers shipped on 10/18/22, but have heard nothing about the slippers. The tracking info for the sneakers is very vague and has said that the sneakers are at a shipping partner facility since 10/18. As of 11/2/22 I have been charged a lot of money, have no products, and no updates. I replied to the shipping email AND emailed Lara at Hypersoft sneakers (based on other reviews below) and have not received a reply. I need sneakers to help with plantar fasciitis, but cannot rate a product I’ve never received. Without a response from the company, I’m wondering if this is a scam. If it’s not, they have terrible customer service and shipping practices. I DO NOT recommend buying from this company!

Don't fit well and can't return.…
I finally received my shoes and was so excited till I tried them on. I always wear a size 7 but these are so big they take extra energy just to take a step and my foot feels very unstable. Then I see there are no exchanges or returns. I really needed a good pair of shoes for work but I can't wear these at all. What kind of company sells shoes on line and then won't accept exchanges. A very costly and disappointing experience.

Zero customer service. My credit card was charged, but the shoes never arrived. It's a scam. I haven't seen the shoes, but this company does not seem to exist. Call your state's AG to report them.

I have been billed for 2 pairs of… hyper soft sneakers
I have been billed for 2 pairs of sneakers I only ordered one pair size 10. They are saying 10 and and another pair 5 and half. Took 79.95 and 64.95 left no update on emails 2 weeks now and nothing,will report to credit card company.

I would give a zero if possible. I have my order information from them and they sent the wrong size shoes. I have tried every avenue of contacting hypersoft. My credit card company was nice enough to look up phone number but when I dial it the tone says my call can not be completed at this time. This is my last shot. The company stayed in touch and solved my issue immediately.
First what did not make it great. It took over 3 weeks before it left the warehouse. I was thinking I got scammed.
How ever I wrote them and explained, they responded quickly and apologized and said they would get right on it. With in a couple hours they sent a message shoes were leaving warehouse and tracking information. With apologies. Three days later, I received the purple hydro soft shoes. They feel great on, very comfortable. I have not got to wear but a hour but I really like very comfortable. I appreciate how quickly they solved my issue. Thank you very much.

Had problems but support team was excellent
I had issues with the size I purchased not knowing you have half sizes but dealing with the support team was so simple and easy. Got a second pair which were perfect and gave the other to the mother in law. She was super happy with the shoe and for the gift. So win win all round! 😁

A mere 3 days after 14day return policy…
I reached out to them(via email) regarding a purchase of the sneakers that when I returned home from a brief vacation I immediately tried to try them on the size I ordered was 11, the size I got I couldn't say but I couldn't get the front of my foot in let alone the rest, they responded with they have a 14day return policy and unfortunately couldn't help me. I (via email)asked for an exchange and if they couldn't exchange for a larger size that I should receive a refund, that was several days ago no response, so I just lost $79+ tax too what I now consider a sham company, I will never do business with them again and I'm passing the word around as to how I was handled. Bad business.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. I ordered hypersoft sneaker 2 weeks ago. Up to now there is no sneakers. I can't call them no phone numbers to call. Only email. They do not answer my questions. Where is my shoes? Up to today none. Bad experience. Why do the government allow this kind of business here in US?
