Hi Janet,

Thank you for taking a few moments to write us a feedback!

We are sorry to hear that your experience buying a second time from our company wasn't as pleasant as your first. We understand that the recent Hypersoft Sneakers you received are the wrong size and model - and on top of that, you had to go through a lot of trouble to get your money back. That must have been such a nuisance.

This is definitely not something that we would like for our customers, and it seems that we could have done a better job in assisting you. We are simplifying our Customer Support procedures so we could accommodate our customers' concerns better.

Again, please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. We understand that you already received your refund, but should you ever have future inquiries, please contact me anytime at lara@hypersoftsneakers.com so I can assist you.

Best,
Lara

Hello there,

Thank you so much for bringing this situation to our attention!

I am truly sorry to hear that the shoes you received did not fit and that trying to reach a customer service representative to help you return them proved to be more difficult than it should have been. Please accept our sincere apologies.

We would just like to point out that we always offer free exchanges and do not require customers to return the ill-fitting pair of shoes if they only want an exchange.

However, if you prefer to return the items and receive a full refund, you should always be able to do so.

Please contact me directly at lara@hypersoftsneakers.com. I can help you get a new product, or walk you through the return process so you can get your money back.

I look forward to hearing from you!

Best Regards,

Lara

Hi Soad,

Thank you for taking a few minutes to share your thoughts here!

We are glad to hear that you find that our Hypersoft Sneakers look nice and are made of nice fabric. However, we understand that it did not feel comfortable to wear, especially with your plantar fasciitis.

While our product does have a soft inner cushioning and an elevated heel for those experiencing the same condition as yours, we understand that everyone has different needs, and finding the right shoe can be a struggle - especially when dealing with the issues you just described.

As for our return policy, this is indicated on the "Our return policy" page that can be accessed through the footer of our website. We do offer both free exchanges - where the customer does not have to return their received items back to us - as well as returns. The customer is eligible for both options as long as they contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

Regarding the proof of the date of delivery, each order has a tracking number, which is sent to the customer once their order has been shipped. There, you could find the exact date of delivery. So as long as the date the customer first contacts us within the 14-day time period after receiving the product, they are still able to exchange and return their product.

In the meantime, if there's anything we can help you with regarding your order, please reach out to me at lara@hypersoftsneakers.com, and I will be happy to help you.

Best,
Lara

Hi Rosemary,

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review!

It sounds like you had a terrible experience with our company. I am very sorry to hear what you described in your review.

Regarding returns, we do not provide a return form on our website as we require customers to contact us within 14 days of delivery to express their intent to return the item.

Our European center is indeed located in Slovakia. We would love to set up a return center in every country we ship to; however, given that we ship our products to three continents, it would be nearly impossible to do that at this stage.

Nonetheless, I am happy to hear that you were able to get your money back. If there is anything else that we can do for you, please reach out to me directly at lara@hypersoftsneakers.com, and I will be more than happy to assist you.

Best,
Lara

Hello Beersheba,

Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention!

Hi Julie,

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us!

We understand that the Hypersoft Sneakers you received seemed to be too small for you, and when you tried to return them for a refund, you were not satisfied with our return options. We are very sorry to hear that!

Customer satisfaction is important to us, so we offer multiple options to our customers in case the product they received did not meet their expectations. Aside from our return/refund options, please know that we also offer free exchanges - where our customer doesn't have to return their item back to us.

As for our return options, we offer three locations where the customer can send their item back to, so they can choose whichever is nearest to them and will give them the best option when it comes to shipping cost. We also indicate the complete requirements needed to send the items back in our return procedures email so our customers wouldn't have trouble returning their items and getting their full refund.

However, if a customer does not want to go through the hassle of returning their item back to us, we also offer a 40% refund.

If there's anything else we can do to help, kindly send me an email at lara@hypersofsneakers.com, and I will be happy to assist you.

Best,
Lara
