Tobias and the team were great help in getting us a mortgage, even though our situation was a little more involved.
They're very responsive, and helped us manage know when the next steps were, and the process that is required to buy a property in Germany. They also got us a great rate.

One practical hint: Hypofriend intends to suggest you to provide less equity for a mortgage and instead apply for a higher mortgage. This is in favor of both Hypofriend and a bank, but not you are a mortgage borrower. Be aware of it and try to push back their first suggestion in favor of more equity and less mortgage - if applicable to you!
