The whole process has been extremely smooth and easy from start to finish. I have been extremely lucky to collaborate with both Helge and Janik, they have been very friendly and pro-active during the whole process.

Their broad knowledge around housing, loans, market economics, central bank & interest rates were extremely helpful into making the right mortgage choice.

Ich wurde vom Anfang des Prozesses bis zum Schluss begleitet. Allfällige Fragen wurden immer zeitnah beantwortet und somit Unsicherheiten aus dem Weg geräumt.

Wir haben unsere Finanzierung mit Hilfe von Stephan abschließen können. Er hat uns 2 Monate über den gesamten Prozess der Baufinanzierung begleitet und beraten. Besonders geholfen hat uns seine gute Erreichbarkeit per Email und Videocall. Auch die digitalen Tools zur Berechnung von Immobilienwert und Kreditkonditionen auf der Hypofriend-Website waren super hilfreich.

As novices, we understood little about the German mortgage market but were expertly guided through the process, right down to being advised that we'd be better off financially by accepting our bank's direct offer.
