Spent $2100 for a 67” freestanding spa tub. Received it on 1/6/26, and installed it on 1/20/26. Only used it a couple times before the jets stopped working. The button you push for the jets stopped working. I have called and emailed the company as directed on their site but have not received a response to resolve this problem.

Easy to order, shipping and delivery were on time and convenient. Tub arrived in perfect condition and is beautiful and functional. It looks great and the water holds heat very well.

Everything was perfectly executed! From the delivery to the actual tub. That tub is amazing.....NO COMPLAINTS

The bath tub arrived when and as expected. Customer support was responsive when I requested detailed specifications for the tub to prepare the plumbing and electrical. About 1 month after the order I did get a spam email saying there was a problem with my payment. The email came from a Gmail account so I contacted Empava to verify it's authenticity and they confirmed it was not from them.

Easy to work with and quickly responded when I needed help. Would recommend.

My tub spout is putting out rust water. What is wrong with fixtures in spout causing water to rust?

There was a shipping mishap that customer service was able to resolve without much fuss. Received the tub and am enjoying my spas.

Today we installed our Empava whirlpool tub. We read past reviews, tested the tub in my garage, and checked all of the fittings and hose connections. All went well with the installation and final testing. Seems a very good product. I will let you know for sure after using it for the next several months!

It was easy to order for one. Empava support inquiry calls were returned promptly. Delivery timelines were met. Packaging was impeccable.

However, It was over a week after receiving the shipment was opened when the installers were here. We found a blemish on one side of the tub near the bottom that did not appear to be due to shipping damage; not sure what to do but I am definitely not returning it as I feel it is cosmetic.

Beautiful tub, ease of order and delivery were excellent. The tub is in great condition, packaging was wonderful and no damage was done during the delivery. It has not been installed yet, so I cannot attest if the tub works appropriately but I am hopeful.

I ordered the tub and it looks amazing!! The contractor has not istalled yet but we have inspected the under side.. The hose that comes with the tub to drain out water is kind of flimsy but very flexible for installation. Our contractor plans to use a support brace.for the motor as it's very unstable under the tub . We plan to level the tub right flush with the tile floor and have the contractor silicone it down. We will want that motor supported as the access will be from our basement ceiling, and we don't want it to be noisy due to the seemingly unsupported motor.. With a little tweeking I think this installation will be a success!!

Bathtub received in timely matter as expected. Perfect condition! This bathtub is absolutely beautiful! Thank you!

The motor fell off of the tub and I was only given $250 to repair it but cost was $500.

We absolutely love this 2 person whirlpool tub!
As with any large tub, it does require a lot of water if you are using the whirlpool jets!
The waterfall and hand held sprayer as well as the lights are really nice.
Would have rated 5 stars. But it does not come with any electrical connections which delayed our final installation.
We also had issues with the Fill line Sensor which enables the whirlpool to operate. It is just a Re-Set function on new installation. But it took 5 days for the service dept to get back to us to tell us how to re-set it. We have only used the full functions once. But it is lovely so far. The headrests and shape is very comfortable.

I waited an extra two weeks to receive this tub and paid extra to get black hardware and it came with chrome. Customer support was a pain to deal with and my tub has to go in today. I can’t wait another month to get a different one.

The bathtub is beautiful but is was missing a lot of seals and we had to go and buy them because it was leaking everywhere. For so much money you should make sure that the package has everything it needs. Disappointed
