Olen tilannut ilmakuivattuja kinkkuja useamman kerran täältä. Joka kerran tuote on vastannut ilmoitettua ja toimitus on ollut nopea. Lisäksi aina mukana on ollut ilmainen lisuke.

Great product, fast delivery

Tilaus tuli sovitun aikataulun mukaan. Kaikki meni hienosti.

I know the product itself is good -i have ordered also earlier. BUT I got the delivery to Finland and this ham was partially spoiled/contaminated when i received it. The USB package was perfectly fine but the ham itself had been punctured at some stage of packaging/production. This part of the ham had started to spoil. Unfortunately we threw the whole ham away - just in case. Not happy at all. No ham for Christmas.

Update:
As per received information, i have removed the mold, but something has pierced the ham upto 2cm and that area around the meat is black. I have removed also all this black part. I have now understood that the ham can be consumed and i raise the evaluation to 3 stars, Why not to 5 is a fact that this does not change the issue that some outside object has pierced the ham during packing/production and caused the ”black” contaminated area to the ham. This is not normal.

Update:
No update or info what has caused the black contaminated area for ham and no other update from customer service. I am lowering the evaluation back to 1 star.

Discussed with the US starting numer using whats up application.
No indication what has caused the black area (not mold). After ~2 weeks now, I was informed to send the ham back to Spain, Doesnt really matter as the ham was thrown away already and after short search from web there is no information available how to do this return and where to return it in Spain. In the package there was no information or quidelines.
Good thing for the discussions: Kindly I was offered a replacemt, but Christmas is over and family members travelled back to their homes, so could not care less now.
For the kind offer to replace the ham. I have raised evaluation to 2 stars.
What caused the piercing and black area to the ham remains as question mark.
