Worst company. Despite stating they provide 100% money back no questions asked refund, they only offer 10% when asked. Return to china at your own cost and they don't provide accurate address so product cannot leave customs.
Quality is appalling of product aswell.

I ordered from what was advertised as a London store, based in London.

The dress looked great online. I ordered for my holiday. The item didn't show up and I wanted to cancel my order as I particularly wanted it for a holiday. I tried to cancel but the company said it had already been sent. They then emailed to say it had been lost and they were sending a new one.

I told them I no longer wanted the item. They told me when it arrived if i didnt want it i coupd send it back a recieve a full refund. 3 weeks later the item arrived, it was cheap and badly made. I opened up a dispute with PayPal as the company wouldn't give me the return address. I asked via 5 emails for the return address. They replied to a couple of them saying I could keep the item and recieve a 20% refund.

I didn't want the dress. After continuing the dispute with PayPal they offered me 60% of the refund or said its could return it to their address, IN CHINA.

To avoid all the hassle of sending it back and not trusting this company that they would refund, I agreed to 60% off. They assured me they would refund me 60%. They didn't. Instead they told me to close the case with PayPal as for some reason they had tried to refund me but couldn't because the case was still open.

I continued with the case. Eventually PayPal have told me I will be refunded the full amount.
I'm very grateful to PayPal as this company are dishonest.

I didn’t know whether to laugh from hilarity or be angry when I received these ‘jeans’. Shockingly dreadful ‘company’. I got sucked in by the seemingly ‘mother & daughter’ line facing hard times and also the ‘jeans’ did look cool.
What an absolute load of bollo.
Turns out it’s just another Chinese scamming outfit. I am not being racist because it does transpire this outfit are based in China and this sort of scam is doing the rounds, i.e; you can’t send them back because it costs a fortune. Then the offers start; keep the item and we’ll refund you 10% etc.
Suffice to say, I wish I had read Trust Pilot reviews before buying ~ WARNING! Do not believe reviews on their own website, they are FALSE!

Did the same as all the other reviews, ordered some jeans for £39.99 that arrived looking like they were worth about £1.
I company offered me a credit note, then 40 percent refund and I could keep the jeans 😂
I just got a full refund but only as I raised a dispute through PayPal.

This is a scam. I paid 39.99 for a pair of what I thought by the picture were some high waisted denim jeans.
I was sent some polyester garbage that you wouldn't even wear for fancy dress. They had literally scanned an image of the real jeans and printed the almost pixelated picture onto these trousers. You could even see where the trousers hadn't been ironed before they were scanned as the pattern had a crease on it 🙄

I kinda knew something was up when I got told they'd been lost in the post but they said they'd sent out a replacement. I suspect this was just delaying so they could get my money.

When they arrived I immediately emailed and said I wanted the address to return for a full refund, this is when the "offers "started.
First they offered to refund me 10 percent and I keep the item.
I said no, I want to send it back for a full refund.
They then offered me 50 percent and keep the item (which I don't actually want)
I countered with 90 percent refund and no send back.
They then offered 75 percent and no send back which I agreed to. They did refund me but made a tenner off me for some crap clothes I'll probably wear for painting the fence in🤦
Don't make the same mistake I did, shop somewhere else xx

Terrible quality , I would not be seen dead in these , I contacted the company to send back and they said i would have to pay minimum of 20 pounds to send back to china but they have a uk address don't buy these

I just wish I had looked here first! Ive been had by the same scam. Do not order from here the trousers will come but they are a horrible material nothing like advertised! Absolutely disgraceful service! They will not help and just take your money.

I ordered trousers that were allegedly reduced from £80 to £40 (I wouldn’t pay 4p for them). They looked great in the pictures but that’s not the product you’ll get…what you’ll get is ugly, ill fitting, badly made, cheap polyester clown trousers. I’m seeking a full refund through PayPal but the con artists behind this “company” (in China not London as they claim on their website) don’t want to cough up. Crooks, steer well clear.

OK after a lot of tooing and froing something eventually arrived. Absolutely in no way the goods that were ordered. Explained all this to the company, late,shoddy and not as described. I could keep them (why would you!!…fancy dress?) Went back and forth, lost the will to live. Ended up with 15% refund, which I did receive. I still have a fancy dress pair of trousers…. anyone?😂
They are now advertising under other names, total rubbish, steer well clear or have a lot of fancy dress parties lined up!!

Waited three weeks for flared trousers (they looked great on the ads and website!) they took three weeks to arrive (didn't realise they were coming from China!) and despite the fact that they don't fit, they are made of very cheap horrible material. I have been told that I have to pay minimum of $20 to send them back to China, and if they are in perfect condition when they arrive in the warehouse in China, then I will receive a refund. I refused their offer of a 15% discount and keeping the cheap, ill fitting trousers! So I'm sending them back, even though I will have to pay the $20 and wait more than three weeks!

My review is the same story as everyone else. Got sucked in by the reviews on a company that this doesn't appear to be. It's basically Temu products , cheap and ill fitting. Total scam. Do not buy from them!

The worst made pair of trousers I have ever seen. Horrible nylon/polyester fabric. Looks like denim on the Facebook advert. The only good thing about them is the pretty pattern. I am embarrassed to have been taken in. Might be worth £5.00. Definitely not £40 down from £80.

Avoid! I wish I had read these reviews first. Goods are shipped from China. Took 3 weeks. Item is really poor quality. Looks nothing like the picture. Material is really thin. Sizing has come up small. The back story on the website is clearly a load of rubbish.

How are they still in business! Like the other reviews ordered some wide leg vintage jeans. What arrived was a plastic pair or ill fitting trousers no where near the correct size. When asked for a refund, I've had multiple emails offering different percentage refunded or return to China and pay €20 shipping fee. I wish I had looked at the reviews 1st! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAM!!!!

Same as the other reviews I wish I’d read before buying. Sending took ages and it got lost then sent again. Finally arrived and the 2XL is absolutely NOT the size it states on the size guide. It’s off by up to 3 inches in length, waist, hips, all are much smaller than the size guide says. I’m offered send another £10 and we will send a bigger size. Then, we will refund 15% and you keep trousers. Then I can return but to China at my own cost. As someone else said £40 down the drain! I’ll be contacting my bank to see what I can do. This is definitely a scam!!

Thinking this company is a scam, I ordered 24th march, still no parcel.
I have put a claim in with my bank now for a refund. I contacted the company twice, firstly my parcel was lost and they had resent it and then they cannot issue a refund as they sent a parcel.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Absolutely awful. Took over a month for parcel to arrive and goods sizing is no where near what it advertises. Can I get a refund, yes if I pay for the parcel to be returned to China and then only if they decide I can have one. Money down the drain.

Received my order today. Poor quality material and cut. Very disappointing. Returns appear to have to go to China with no come back if the parcel is lost in transit. Would not recommend based on quality alone.

I had ordered some printed trousers from this company. Kept checking the tracking and nothing moved. So I looked on Trustpilot and found they didn’t rate well. This worried me and I thought I’d lost my money. However, this morning my package turned up. The trousers are lovely and a great fit. So I’m very happy and feel I should give the company a good review after all. I missed one star just because the tracking info went up to date, but the goods were fine.
