So annoyed with myself - this company is a scam. As others have said, very very cheap quality clothing which looks nothing like the photographs. I should have gone on the TrustPilot website before ordering but just took at face value the reviews they hand pick to be on the website (which are all very old and apparently relate to when this was a genuine mother and daughter shop). Please don’t make the same mistake as me and AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered a pair of vintage look wide leg trousers they have arrived today and the quality is horrific. The print looks like they have took a photo of a child's drawing and then over exposed it and zoomed in too far then printed onto almost plastic trousers. I paid 39.95 that was a on sale price. Which I can't believe they dare charge those prices and deliver the beyond poor quality.

Scam scam scam. Avoid this company. Ordered jeans. Arrived a month later. Thin see through material with no style.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. This company is an absolute scam. The trousers arrived today. I've used better rags for cleaning my house. Avoid this company at all costs. 40 quid for a rag. Nothing like their pictures. And no come back from the company In sorting my refund. AVOID

I like many others fell for the mother and daughter story buying what I thought was a cool pair of jeans. What arrived was cheap, flammable, badly printed, badly stitched, size 20 rather than size 8 trousers! No good to anyone. These are shipped from China rather than UK and not worth a penny. BEWARE!

So cross with myself to be caught by this company! As other reviews, items are an absolute joke, less than poor quality - wouldn’t even wear as fancy dress! Blatant scammers and even if I did bother to try and get the items returned to China no doubt they’d either get “lost in transit” or “held at customs” so that no refund could be issued!
Not even going to try - will just chalk this one up to experience.
Stay well away from them!!

Like others, I am regretting not reading the reviews in advance. I am having the same experience - the items have arrived but they are shoddy quality and they are not providing the return address so I can send them back. I keep being offered to keep the goods for a small refund. Having done a bit more digging, it seems that it might have been a genuine mum/daughter business but it went into liquidation in 2023. I think the good reviews pre-date the winding-up of the business. I will be smarter next time...!

Exactly as others have said. Clothes are cheap and tacky, shipped from China and took forever to arrive despite website offering fast UK delivery and claiming to be a UK based company. Wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing. Yet to go through the refund process but doubt I'll have much luck.

Avoid at all costs. False advertising, product is cheap and nasty & nothing like sales image. I'm not sure how they can legally trade tbh. Avoid at all costs.

Ibiza chic are scammers that’s try to look legal by pretending to be closing down sake in London—- no it’s china send some handmade cheep incorrect material not even jeans and then try to stop you returning to china at your expense and small print is trying to scare you out of returning be aware it’s a scam and nobody’s stop it even PayPal be warned avoid

Awful rubbish. Not worth £5. I’ve been totally ripped off. Steer clear.

Awful quality on arrival, cheap material and I think the marketing is fake, images of their clothes and supposed ‘story’ about a mother and daughter company

What a complete scam .. I wish I had read the reviews as my situation is exactly the same no goods, email allegedly from the owners personall account to apologise .. being re-shipped. Still not arrived , waste of £40 I doubt I’ll see that again.

It’s a shame we can’t give zero stars. This is a shocker and I wish I’d read the reviews. False advertising doesn’t even come close. Absolutely hideous item of clothing that doesn’t even vaguely resemble the picture. I already know I’ll not get my money back and it makes me sick that people and get away with this behaviour. Do not use this website. Do not be fooled. Do not buy anything from these people as it is a scam. Criminals at work I’d say - thieving ba5tards. Give me my money back you absolute scum.

Unbelievably bad company. They are not london based they are not a mother and daughter closing down a shop. They are a SCAM BASED IN CHINA. The photo they use of two women is an old perfume advert photo. The quality of these trousers I wouldn’t even use to wash my windows. Just wish I’d read the reviews first. Asked for a refund they offered me 10%. I paid £39.99 they offered me less than £4.00. BE WARNED THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR REVIEWS ALL FAKE. Have photos if you want to see

I want to follow up on my previous review of this disgusting company.
I made a complaint as I paid through PayPal.
There options are not good enough.
They have stalled a UK company name and made out it is them, stolen pics of clothes and made cheap copies.
They have now offered me 60% refund.

I have accepted this as I am not getting anywhere but it belive this should be 100%.
They did offer me 100% store credit which is hilarious why would anyone ever buy from this company again.

To say I'm annoyed is a under statement

WARNING - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The trousers I ordered which I thought were coming from their London shop via priority Royal Mail took around a month to arrive - FROM CHINA. They are absolutely horrendous. The pattern is distorted, the fabric is thin and looks like radioactive nylon. They look as though they will fall apart as soon as they are worn. I have requested a refund only to be told that I will have to pay around £20 to send them to China for inspection before they will consider a refund. However they will give me a 15% refund if I kept them! No way are they going anywhere near my wardrobe. Def feels like a scam as can’t even find the company on company’s house. DEF AVOID!!!

Shocking scammers. Charged almost £80 for 2 pair of Jeans (that wasa supposed to be with 70% off!). I found the same trousers at Shein for £7.79. Product ridiculously big, not jeans, awful quality, sooo badly made. To return, you have to pay £30! I have refused to give them a penny more even though the trousers are not usable to me. They don't speak English and reply absolute rubbish with 'deals' bartering on postage! Stung once, never again. DO NOT BUY.

Sadly I did not read any reviews before buying from these people. Top I ordered looks absolutely nothing like the one I got. On the website it looked like nice cotton, in reality it's cheap crap - if you move quickly in it I am sure it would start a fire! Same scenario trying to return it as the other people on here. Absolute scam.
