Not even got to use it yet as pram snapped and Icandy took it to be fixed , very shocking customer care

02/09 at 10:16am: This was your first point of contact. At this stage, we required further details from you in order to arrange the booking.
15/09 at 11:15am: You requested a collection for 17/09.
22/09: The item was received by iCandy.
The item was returned to you 9 days later.
Our current recommended timescale for this type of repair is 5–10 working days.
