Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered the unit over the summer and made the mistake of paying before delivery. Despite promised delivery date all contact stopped as soon as the delivery date missed. No contact since, despite multiple attempts to contact. Still nothing 4 months later. Have had to resort to legal procedures. Avoid this company at all costs. A bitter lesson learned.

I paid Thomas Hunt €1350 for an IceBath in May 2024. Deliver was supposed to be 2 weeks later. Once funds were transferred to him, he became very difficult to contact. On the occasions that he did reply and promised a new delivery date he would never show. After calling him and texting him several times he finally got back on 11th Sept to say he's in the process of closing down and will pay refund asap which hasn't transpired. It was only then that I googled his name and came across several other similar reviews over the past couple of years. Shocking. He also seems to be involved in WBIreland with similar reports of disappearing once funds paid to him. Will report to the Gardai. Be very wary of this person. Fraudster

Irish website but delivery came from UK so had to pay customs on it. Bought the ice tub it lasted approximately 6 weeks before I noticed three holes in the bottom of it. terrible quality material better off purchasing a plastic barrel.

I made an order on 24th June on this website. I got a confirmation email. No other correspondence from them. No reply to countless emails from me and no answer from the many phone calls made. I am only sorry I didnt pay attention to the reviews here first. In the process of trying to get refund, not easy at all. 3 months on and I am out of pocket with no delivery made. Please do yourself a favour, use a different company.

This is a total sham , 6 different delivery days , time took of work never shows up , as a new club just starting up this company has took over nearly 1/2 our budget . Can’t believe he’s got away with so many times in the last few months stay away at all costs

I had spinal surgery 2 years ago , since I started using my ice bath I am now back doing Ironman races .
I could not recommend it enough.

This company is a total scam.

We are chasing them through the courts to recover money they took after they failed to deliver anything. They avoid calls, tell lies and are not to be trusted.

Do not deal with them.

I have had a similar experience to others leaving reviews.

824 euros spent. Promised delivery date. Missed delivery. No contact from seller. No response when called at any hour of the day.

The sales rep that calls seems like the only one involved in the business. He either can't handle the orders or its a scam. Either way you will be out money.

I am in the process of a charge back currently.

Update 2024-06-01: I have audio from a recorded phone call of Thomas calling me up on a Saturday which was also filled with abusive language. To any moderator viewing this I can provide proof that my claim is accurate. Thomas seems to spend his day flagging negative reviews and complaining that he is understaffed and flooded with orders. Maybe he should flood himself with some manners and business etiquette.

Update same date as above: Thomas is continuing to harass me via text. Letting it happen to gather more evidence to take him to court. He keeps reading my reviews and lashing out.

Update 2024-06-02: Thomas Hunt refuses to delete my number from his phone even though it is my right under GDPR for him to delete my personal data upon request.

Ordered an ice bath recent through Thomas Hunt from IceBath.ie after a strong referral from Kevin Nowlan, owner of the Deerstone Eco Retreat. Tom was first class to deal with. Ordering and payment process was simple and he delivered on schedule. We’re getting great use out of the icebath and find using the 2 silicone ice trays (size of a soda bread baking tray) fantastic to cool down the water. Highly recommend.

Love the tub. Use it every morning without fail and never any issues. A great service and found the lads easy to deal with. Would defo recommend

Thanks to the team for my composite ice bath. It’s a very well built unit. The team at ice baths were extremely easy to deal with & my order my dealt with quickly. Thanks for a great product. The family is really enjoying it.

Unbelievable product Tom and the staff were amazing I had some special requests on the positioning off the ice bath and other bits and they looked after everything I asked ,

My husband had a really bad experience with this company, over 800 euros for an ice bath but it was not sent to him, he was ignored but then after over a week he was promised the order with an upgraded ice tub but nothing... after many messages and a disputed transaction with the back, he got his money back after 3 months. My review was flagged by the owner so this is my updated version.

The worst experience I’ve have had buying anything online.

Ordered 18th January, order total including delivery €898 - got an order confirmation but that is where the contact ended.

A week later, I emailed 4 times and sent a social message, to no reply.

I eventually received a reply advising me that they had been so busy, and that the order would be with me by Friday 2nd of February at the latest, but hopefully before that. Messaged and emailed the 29th of Jan to confirm same, no reply. Messaged 1/2 .. again no reply (email and socials)
I have now requested a charge back, still no reply from the owner or any of his crew.

An absolute joke of a company.

16/2/24 - still no product, reply or refund…

I was conned out of my money, after I received my charge back from my card company, the seller asked me to consider removing this review.

However it is true, honest and stands.

Superb service. Delivered (with short notice) in time for Christmas. Thomas was a pleasure to deal with. And as for the IceBath itself - GAME CHANGER! Now part of the daily routine and already feeling the benefits. Can't recommend highly enough.

I can’t believe this company is still trading, they owe me €3,750 and have promised me a refund in September!!!!
They are absolutely shocking….. how they think it’s right to take peoples money and deliver NOTHING is beyond belief.
I have had solicitors contact them and STILL nothing.
Please please do not give them money…

From the customer service at the start to the build quality of the Ice Bath I couldn’t be happier, amazingly built and delivered within 24hours; the space in the tank is much much bigger than the inflatable ones; thank you guys
