Icebath.ie......brilliant company to deal with, great advise and depth of knowledge of their products, from Thomas.
When my bath arrived it was of superb quality and the installation took seconds....again, Thomas carried out the install and was full of knowledge and advise.

Got and ice bath Poor quality. Looks great in photos but it’s just timber lats thrown together outside of a plastic tub. After a short few weeks the timber edging started coming apart and L brackets fell off. Contacted them about it and they said they would give me a cover for free as a gesture as i said I would try fix it. Never came and kept spoofing me that it was delayed. Waste of money. Poor quality and poor service. Was also told 10 days for deliver after purchase and I had to contact them after 27 days. Got delivered on 29 days.

The took full payment of €3,750 from my sister for an ice bath from our elderly mother. They failed to deliver it, and then spent months ducking calls and emails when we asked for the money back. We had to get solicitors involved and we still don’t have the money back or the ice bath. This place is a scam…. Do not deal with them.

Well where do I start, I messaged the hero himself and told him I was in a hurry to get an ice bath needed it asap and he came back to me straight away asked some details of address and he had it with me the day after delivered to my house, also helped me set it in place and also arrived on the time stated, the quality is unreal well made and well worth the money I use mine everyday 😀 I couldn't recommend his service enough, honestly genuine bloke and can only say " WHAT YOU WAITING FOR BUY ONE NOW AND SEE THE HEALTH BENIFITS START TO WORK!! The benefits of an ice bath are incredible and this is an incredible product to match. Everyone @bouncebackrecovery loves the ice bath and I think every household should have one and reap the benefits of cold water therapy.

Great quality product, the ice bath is the perfect size made out of top quality materials. Thomas and co’s communication throughout was top class and answered all my queries. Hopefully get the chance to order another product from them again soon.
