I ordered a lid for Christmas for my son and still have not received it. I have emailed twice but no answer at all.

I would except a refund or another lid but nobody has got back to me.

Very dissapointed

Excellent product for the price ,use it everyday small issue with the cover contacted the seller and replacement one shipped out straight away will be upgrading to the chiller model next year .

Don’t buy, looks great to start but if you use it regularly the support poles come through the fabric. Warranty only 6 months.

The tub was far sturdier than expected. It was very easy to setup and easy to maintain. After a few months daily use, a small manufacturing defect came up. I contacted ice tubs and they had a replacement out in days. Still using it every day.

I won the ice bath in a give away, and I’ve used it everyday for the last 2 weeks. Really helps recovery

Scam artist the 5 star review are probably written by the owner. Wanted to support Irish company but doesn’t reply to emails asking for a refund. They had another company with 1-2 star review. Don’t give them money. Ice bath.ie is there old company

My son received an Ice tub 3 weeks ago which was damaged on arrival - no response from emails, or telephone number listed to get a refund.

Do not have any dealing with this company or you will suffer the same fate.
