iCloud erases photo's without warning from Iphone!
my doughter was using iCloud as a backup for her precious photo's. Storing photo's on Iphone was always on, but iCloud decided without any communication to have only small copies on the Iphone instead of the real images. When iCloud wanted more money from me because the space we were using was more than our small subscription allowed for, i decided to backup her photo's on a mac. After iCloud erased her images, still with the button 'on' that her images were to be stored on her phone, most photo's disappeared!!!!! After two months of communicating with the helpdesk nothing was resolved and mostly amateuristic wrong/conflicting advise was given. So thank you Apple for stealing 7Gb of images from my daughter.... For a company that would have the most user friendly environment SHAMEFUL!

iCloud Mail is absolutely hopeless - never works.

I keep getting locked out of my icloud email, this is probably the 3rd or 4th time in a month. So frustrated that I have made a new email account.

I purchased a hybrid mattress from DreamCloud seven months ago and waited 72 hours before sleeping on it. The mattress never fully expanded on one side. A definite change from a lower to a higher surface mid mattress hinders lying in the center.

When FedEx delivered, the mattress box was broken open. When I called Dream Cloud, they said they could not do anything once it left the warehouse.

Useless. Whem login in via my pc/browser i have to do all the qr code scanning etc nonsense even tho i have checked REMBER MY COMPUTER. This thing has very short memory.

After turning on iCloud for Calendars and Contacts, I found out that iCloud on provides for a very small amount of space for Notes that come over from Microsoft Outlook Notes. Thus, a huge amount of information that I have captured over many years in Microsoft Outlook Notes was lost. Thus, I do not recommend using iCloud for your Contacts. If Apple cannot fix this major problem, it should at a minimum provide a warning that most of the information in Outlook Notes will be lost if you use iCloud.

Minus 5 if I could. Recently they updated the website for Nevada H20 and it's actually worse than before. Not able to view any invoices but they sure put amounts due on the site to be paid. Also when you log out it goes to a 404 NOT FOUND URL.....worst online company I've ever dealt with as far as website maintenance.......not able to get any information about accounts and the activity is NEVER shown.

I tried to login The password is not working, I know the password so I decided to make a new one. Renewed my passwords but it won't let me in. Stay away from ICloud.

After backing up and restoring my phone, iCloud selectively deleted some of the most important photos I’ve ever had. Be very cautious when backing up from your phone—Apple Support themselves have no explanation for this issue, and all they do is suggest third-party services to try and fix the problem.

Het is gewoon onmogelijk om je ICloud uit te breiden. Alle mogelijke betaalmanieren geprobeerd, maar niks werkt.

I’ve used iCloud for 5 years and it’s ok.

The office apps (pages,keynote,numbers) are out dated and need an update.

But an underrated feature is custom emails.

I use my own domain to send and receive emails and iCloud+ makes it easy!

Prompted again and again by Apple I eventually signed up for iCloud. Some time after, it has removed a random selection of documents and files to the cloud whilst others remained on my computer. It is a mess that it is virtually impossible to see any way out of. I now have no idea where anything is and will probably lose a lot of irreplaceable stuff. I have tried to retrieve the documents but it's insurmountable. Stay away from iCloud, it doesn't work.

Die Syncronisierung ist sehr schlecht. Ein Fax arbeitet schneller.

Mein PC läuft, ich erstelle ein Foto mit meinem Smartphone (IOS), nun sehe ich bei Icloud Fotos... LEER! Kein Foto zu sehen. PC Neustart, dann ist es da.

Bitte keine Hilfe, wenn diese nichts bringt, wie z.B. Abmelden, und Neuanmelden. Das kann nicht die Lösung sein!

Und als grundlegende Info, ich habe gerade mal von meinen 5GB die ich frei habe, nicht mal 1 GB belegt, und nur 1 Foto zum Syncronisieren.

Es liegt am Server!

Datum der Erfahrung nur ein Tag anzuklicken???

Diese Erfahrung machte ich schon zu Zeiten unter Windows 10. Jetzt habe ich Windows 11 und auch diese App ICLOUD auf meinem PC. Meine Internetverbindung ist ohnehin in Ordnung.

This is the most awful sharing system ever created! How the hell does it work??? Anybody understands it? I'm literally hostage of this cloud without understanding what should I do!
The storage of the phone is full and the more I delete pictures and video the more they come back

sometimes i get the coides , sometimes i never get them . its hit or miss with a company that spews privacy, and has the most stringent rules for logging back into your account regardless of whether you were hacked ( dont believe their bullshit , apple can be hacked ) lost or forgot your password or as in my case , my 6 digit login code to getr into apple was observed by someone and they out of spite changed my passcode leaving me with a virtually useless iphone 15 pro max , many times i have done the account recovery , apple never getsd back to me , i have waioted 21 days 4 times only to never get a reply et back into my phone , my account !!! i callbullshit andam waiting until i pay off this 14 i have to switch over , apple can have it all ios my ass .

iCloud don't comply to ordinary standards for sharing. I think Apple should be on trial here in Europe for avoiding basic rules for cloud-based sharing. You cannot access the files one by one, and erase what you need. Even though your iCloud is full, there is no service available to stay on the free platform. Nor help online from Apple. You are left with two options: Buy an upgrade or erase everything. Furthermore, iCloud access comes via the IOS upgrade. It should be an option alongsige European alternatives like Pcloud and Jottacloud. I'd like to quote Goethe: 'Man merkt die Absicht und wird verstimmt'.

Don’t get me wrong I love Apple and iCloud but the email seems to have lost some intuity. I am not sure if I am going mad but sometimes emails are arranged on the wrong orders or missing altogether and it makes searching for emails a little difficult.

Leider kann ich keine Familienmitglieder dazu einladen, weil die Registerkarte fehlt bei meinem Account.
Ich habe schon gefühlte 10 x den Support gefragt, jedesmal die gleiche Antwort: oben links auf Family drücken... den Button gibt es bei mir NICHT !!!!!!!! - wie oft soll ich noch fragen ?
