After looking for the watch of my choice at the best price, Iconic Watches could not be beaten. Being a bit of a old fashioned bloke I decided to take a trip up to Blackburn to pick it up myself. I was very impressed with the ladies there, helpful, not pushey and knowledgable. I'm quite sure anyone buying on-line could do so with complete confidence.

I've bought pre-owned watches from other retailers before, including some 'big brand' companies with outlets in the poshest parts of London, as well as across the country. I have to say that the Iconic Watches experience is on a whole nother level. From immediate response to my initial enquiry, and then follow up communication during purchase and after, everything was professional, courteous and utterly flawless. I even used the credit card 'refund' service as I was a bit wary about making an expensive purchase from an unknown seller - that also was handled promptly and without hassle. In essence, if I am ever looking to purchase another high-end watch online I'll always go to Iconic Watches first, way ahead of considering other options.

Just taken delivery of my second watch from Iconic. On both occasions the watch was dispatched within 24 hours and arrived the day after that.

Was looking to buy a new Omega Planet Ocean and did a good hunt around. If you buy from a registered Omega Boutique the prices are fixed. You pay the full retail price.
I then came across Iconic Watches who had the watch in stock and it was 15% cheaper with them. Initially I was a bit sceptical so I did a bit of digging and all seemed good. They have been trading years and have some great reviews. And best of all their shop was only 50 miles from my house.
So I went to look at the watch and what a great experience. Two lovely ladies showed me the new unworn watch, no question on its authenticity.
Less than an hour later and deal done and off home with a beautiful new timepiece.

I've used Iconic twice now. First time saved nearly £3000 on a limited edition IWC and now bought a Tag Heuer for my monthers 60th.

After doing some research to find my ideal watch I selected an almost new Rolex Milgauss being advertised by Iconic Watches. My telephone enquiry was greeted courteously and any doubts I had about buying a used rather than unworn model were satisfied. Having been assured that the watch in question was indistinguishable from new, I placed my order paying by debit card and the watch arrived by courier the following day as described. All in all I cannot find fault with my experience of buying on-line from Iconic Watches.

Thought I’d write a review which is something I do not usually do BUT I was very impressed with the customer care and service I thought I should.
I was looking to buy a Rolex Submariner for some time and was reading multiple watch buying forums over a period of months and Iconic Watches kept coming up time and again with very reassuring buying experiences . Great service, great price, etc. A friend of mine also used them when he bought his Rolex and also recommended them to me. He used the delivery service but as this was rather a special purchase for me I wanted to actually visit the shop and pick up my Rolex in person. I am very glad I did. I made a weekend of it, staying in a rather nice village on the outskirts of Blackburn and then made the trip into Blackburn. I made the appointment so the shop staff were expecting me. They had my watch out and ready for me to view, try on, etc. They talked me through all I needed to know about the watch and Rolex. They had a lot of Rolexes in stock so also tried on a few. They were very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I settled on a hard to get new blue face Submariner at a great price. I also had the great pleasure of meeting the business owner who was a very knowledgeable and lovely lady who has been in this business for years trading from this shop. She has based the business on providing a very good reliable and personal service from this fine shop. For me, it was the reassurance of buying a watch like this from an actual shop which gives me great confidence in the product. I was buying. I am sure I shall be using it again at some point and have no hesitation in recommending this shop to my family and friends.

I recently bought a Blancpain watch for my husband's birthday from Iconic Watches and was very impressed with their competitive prices and excellent customer service. I believe they conduct most of their sales online but, as I live locally, I visited the shop to view the watch first which was an added bonus. The service I received was excellent throughout the whole process. Liz answered all my questions and could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process. I had the reassurance that the watch could be returned if my husband didn't like it but I am pleased to say that he was absolutely delighted with his surprise birthday present!

Making an expensive purchase over the internet can be a daunting prospect but I would highly recommend Iconic Watches and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I have never purchased such an expensive item over the internet before and was very wary. However, I spoke to Iconic Watches and they explained everything, no pressure was applied to make the purchase and if I wanted to I could go to their shop and review the watch and pay. They explained the whole process and I received the watch on time and in the condition they described. Outstanding service, good prices, highly recommended.
