Bought a Rolex Daytona from them. in March 2017. Watch was in stock as they said. Very nice people to deal with. Was a great price as I checked around. I dealt with Tania - a pleasure to deal with and she helped me with the payment process via their website. They have been around for years and have a shop - so physical presence. Straight forward and honest to deal with. I live in London and the watch was delivered securely and well packaged the next day.

I picked up my new Tudor Pelagos from Iconic Watches, yesterday and also brought along a good mate of mine. We had a very nice chat about watches with the staff there, who graciously allowed us to check out their wares, including a brand new Patek Philippe Nautilus. Special thanks to Alison who sized my Pelagos' bracelet to a perfect fit. This is the second time I've picked up a watch from them, and I am still impressed by their exemplary service.

Service and watch both fantastic, would not hesitate to buy again due to the saving offered on RRP. The only reason for the loss of one star is the wording in the info pack you get with the watch which says along the lines 'any faults go to an authorised dealer and they will sort, however when doing this don't mention you bought the watch from Iconic Watches, and instead say you bought it from where it says on the registration card'. This has just left me with a little nervousness, but must be important otherwise Iconic Watches would not put it in their leaflet. I don't mind telling the odd porky, but I'm going to feel pretty embarrassed telling an authorised dealing that I bought the watch in Spain (particularly as it isn't my name on the registration card) when I'm sure they will know exactly what the situation is and know I am lying to them. Like I said, I'll buy from here again, this was just something that was less than perfect unlike the rest of the service.

Iconic watches provided me with all the information I needed and answered all my questions, it was a hassle free service and I am very happy with the product.
I will be recommending this company to anyone looking for the same service.

Bought a brand new GMT-Master II. Maybe not the cheapest dealer but still competitive price, Quick response by mail and less than 24h delivery to Sweden even though I requested the link to be shortened.

I bought an Omega Seamaster watch, I paid online with a debit card and incurred a charge for using this card, I called the following morning and spoke with a lovely Australian lady, who apologised and credited my account with no fuss, whats more she was able to change the delivery for me so that if I was not in, the watch would be held at the local post office until I collected it. The watch came earlier than expected, I was in to receive the watch, which was well packed, the watch was merrily ticking away with the right time and date set. A really positive experience, thank you.

Had looked high and low for a discontinued Omega watch. Found a second hand one on iconic Watches website. It was described as unworn - essentially a brand new watch. I was a bit apprehensive at first but knew I could return it within 14 days if not satisfied. The watch arrived the very next day exactly as described. Watch didn't look as if it hadn't been out of the box, complete with tags, international warranty and all shipping plastics intact. Very impressed with Iconic and beihg a watch freak will definitely buy from them again.

Staff very helpful. Watch is basically new, protection on both side hadn't been removed. Tiny used mark on the strap maybe due to try-on. Great value, almost 30% less than a new one. Will regularly visit this online store.

Recently purchased an omega seamaster 300m diver for over £500 less than MRRP. Perfect unworn condition with the full 2 year omega international warranty. Item come well packaged and on time. I recently purchased an omega sea master diver pro 300m for about 16% less than RRP! Shelley and the rest of the team were very helpful in making the sale possible due to me living in Belgium. The delivery was unbelievably quick and I received the well protected package the next day. I was also impressed by giving my wrist size prior to purchsass and the bracelet fitting perfectly without the need for further adjustment. Overall I would recommend iconic watches and made further savings by using bank transfer methods described in the site.
