I was extremely sceptical of ordering my omega seamaster online given that it cost in excess of £2000. I made my decision solely based on the reviews on this page and speaking Tania - the Iconic Watches customer service representative. I have to say, even after I had purchased the watch, I was incredibly paranoid that I had been scammed purely down to the amount of money it had cost. In reality, the service I received throughout the process was unbelievable and I would not hesitate to use Iconic Watches again. And by the way, I have not been asked to write this review by Iconic Watches. From start to finish, I was kept up to date with how the order was progressing. The watch arrived on time and the official omega warranty started the day before I received the watch. The watch was impeccable. All in all, the customer experience was incredible with someone helping me with any questions I had at any point, and given my paranoia, there were a lot!

Amazing experience at every single level. It's important to feel safe when making a 1000£ plus purchase. By communicating at every step of the way, I felt reassured.
I am now very happy with my new watch.

I used Iconic Watches after I had been let down by another Jewellers. I needed the watch for my sons 18th birthday present. I was called by the other Jewellers telling me that my watch would not be with me in time and this is after I had called them to check that it would be with me before my sons birthday. I called Iconic Watches and explained my situation, as I only had one week to get this sorted. Iconic watches were absolutely fantastic not only did I get the watch on time, but I actually got a better limited edition timepiece sized down to fit my sons wrist ,which is stunning and my son is over the moon with it. The service with these guys is outstanding and I would not hesitate in recommending them enough . 5 star service along with 5 Star products , will definitely be telling all my friends and family about them,as well as be using them again very soon ... do go ahead and purchase from this company you will not be disappointed .. They are outstanding ;-)

Ordered a new stock Tag watch. It arrived within the time specified. Communication was great from start to finish. The watch was dispatched with next day delivery to Ireland. The watch is perfect with a full two year manufacture's warranty, which I could check online.

I just bought my first Rolex with them and love it..

Reading the reviews for Iconic Watches, I notice the majority are for postal orders, so thought i'd offer my review having visited the shop and met the staff and purchased my watch the traditional way.
The shop is strictly appointment only which is fine, I arrived, was let in via the security shutters and doors, and the watches I wanted to view (had pre selected) were ready and waiting for me.
The staff were excellent, the owner is very nice, attentive and honest with opinion on watches suiting you etc.
Given the amount of money people spend on watches these days, you expect a service to back this up and this was there in abundance - absolutely brilliant, with a very nice shop too.
I felt at ease, not pressured to purchase at all, and even though a dearer watch was in my selection, her honesty of the one to go for was cheaper... so not just in it for the sale of the most expensive either.
Overall, a fantastic shopping experience, one I recommend highly to all friends and relatives, and wouldn't buy a watch from anywhere else in future. Customer for life.

After reading an article on a watch I look at a few sites to find it. Quickly finding thatI because it was a limited edition it was sold out. I emailed Iconic to ask if it was available on a Sunday night, by Monday afternoon 1 was found. After ordered communication was fantastic. I can’t recommend Iconic enough.
