I’ve seen this product and brand on TikTok and Amazon, it seemed trustworthy and affordable however after I placed an ordered I never heard from them again. I paid priority shipping which is supposed to arrive in 3-5 days maximum, I received no tracking number or any updates on my order. I tried to contact customer service 4 separate times and didn’t answer me once. It is now 2 weeks later and I have not received any package, any response, nothing. This website is a scam do not order. After purchasing I noticed at the bottom of my order confirmation there’s Chinese writing, their website says they’re headquarters are in Ohio and other information in the UK. DO NOT BUY.

How to make them stop, people are still buying and I’m a one of them recently. In which site should I have to order ?

Utrolig dårlig kundeservice, men de svarer innen 72 timer. Ventet over en uke på svar. De er ufine og virker uprofesjonelle i kundeservicen sin. Har ventet på produktet i over 1 mnd nå, de holder ikke leveringsfristen sin og de sier bare at man må vente. Styr unna!!!!

This company is using my address I The uk and an address of a logistics company in America. But it is in china.
I have reported it to action fraud.
Please also report to action fraud uk or the American version
As this could mean it stealing money or money laundering

Haven't received my package, two months since my order now.

I wish I read the reviews before ordering from them. I have not received my order yet and they don't answer to my several emails!!! I will try to take my money through my credit card company hopefully!

Never got a confirmation email after purchasing and didn't reply to my emails wondering where my purchase is. Yet they still asked for a review 3 months later.
What an interesting business model - Scam people then ask how the experience was :')

Ugh,i was worried that this would be a scam since my lash lift kit never arrived and of course customer service does not reply and probably doesnt exist,its impossible to trace the package.
I hope they burn in hell!

Please don't purchase any products from iconsignuk.com they are scammers and will literally send you an email saying they can only release your goods once you send them your contact number. They should have that in your order information and also there was no royal mail tracking information. I have now reported them to my bank

Took money but product never received. They ignored all emails too. COMPLETE SCAMMERS

I ordered a lash lift set in November. They took my money. I have emailed them twice and I have still not received anything. I think they are a con!!!!

This summer I bought a Lash Lifting Kit from ICONSIGN. I followed the instructions and I applied the product and it didn't worked, the quality of the the glue that supposed to keep the lashes up, is the worse, is not good at all. After I decided to write them and send the pack back. They told me to try to use one more time and I asked a friend that she is working in beauty and she does this kind of treatment. When she tried the kit she said the product is not good, no quality, the glue is not working and also the smell is very strong. So, I returned the kit back and guess what? We are in the middle of autumn and I'm still waiting for my refund that never come. I don't recommend the products or this company. They don't respect the customers.
