I see all the complaints

I see all the complaints regarding delivery time. I am facing the same issue. Emailed an inquiry and an AI bot responded with the same scripted answer. I had requested for a HUMAN to contact me and the same bot told me I needed to wait 1-3 days for a reply. That is not acceptable. I work in customer service and trust me that would not fly. I was hoping to try your product but my first impression before I receive my order is not good. You took my money, I want my product. I may have to cancel. Hope that process it easier than getting status of an order.

Honest review from Portugal

Bought it already twice (from Portugal), it’s a serious company.
I normally receive my orders in a space of 1/2 weeks.
I ordered the lash lift kit which I didn’t tried yet and the brow tint kit (one in black and one in brown because my hair is dark brown, but not dark enough to a full black color… I mix both and it works perfectly.)
I would say it stays in my skin around a week more or less. It doesn’t irritate the skin (and I have dermatitis).
So, overall I’m very satisfied. Go for it, you won’t regret it :)

DO NOT BUY - BE WARNED

Ordered foundation on 21st February. Still waiting to receive it. Customer service is diabolical and rude. Seems like my parcel ‘has got lost’.
I want a full refund but now getting the silent treatment.
Do not buy. Be warned. Wish I’d never fell for the glitzy promising the earth adverts. I should have known better.

Lasting curl

I paid for quicker postage and still waited a few weeks.
This was the first time I've ever had my lashes done. It started ok, but then the pads stopped sticking half way through application and the dye stung my eyes so much I had to wipe it off almost immediately.
Here I am 4 weeks on, and my lashes are still beautifully curled. Im hoping next time when I try I have more luck keeping the pads stuck to my eyelids.
Oh, an item was missing in my package but i emailed the company and the item was sent out to me.

Scam

Scam. Order never came, 7 weeks later. Customer service responded to say nothing they can do, it's on it way. Now "tracking" says disposed off. Don't waste your money!

They take your money and don’t ship the product
They have bots that answer your emails and calls and eventually they just hang up on you or stop responding

I am so disappointed with Luxe

I am so disappointed with Luxe! It took a month to get my makeup and it is very dry, makes my skin look older, not younger!
They charged my credit card twice and for 3 times the amount of my makeup, the second time around, which I did NOT order!
I just read they are closing down and I can see why, bad company! Very disapointed with them!

Scam

I never ordered anything from this company. I sent multiple emails asking where they manufacture, ship and bill from. Not sure who is in their customer service but they don’t understand anything. I kept getting ask for my order number which I told them numerous times I didn’t have one. Save your money and all the headaches that would come with this company.

Again, I never placed an order. I’ve ask numerous times where do you manufacture your products, where do you ship from and is your billing foreign or domestic. I got responses telling me to provide my order number and then one response that my questions would be answered shortly only to never receive no response. What is so hard to understand any of that.

This is the worst foundation I’ve ever…

This is the worst foundation I’ve ever tried. Makes my skin dry and brings out every wrinkle. Do not believe the hype. This is toxic garbage. I scanned it with Yuka and it got a super low rating for toxicity
Now the company is asking me to expand on my review What is unclear? It dried my skin out and made me look older! Yuka is an ap that tells you the toxicity levels in cosmetic products. This foundation scored low! So I do not want to use it. What el would you like to know Luxe?? What would you offer? And Trist Pilot … you’re going to take this down if I do not do what I did now which is expand on the review? Hmmm

I really like the foundation

I really like the foundation. It blends in great and matches my skin tone well. My only complaint is that when I went to order again, I never received the $10 gift card, which would have been nice to have for my second order.

Better than expected

I had initially seen the Luxe colour changing foundation advertised on Facebook. I was worried that it was a scam when I placed my order. When my order arrived the I tried the foundation straight away and it lived up to all the information that you provided in the
advert. I have been having lots of problems with the foundation I have currently been using, I do have mature aged skin and my foundation was not sitting on my skin correctly, it was patchy and looking dry. I am very happy
with the Luxe foundation.

Pads have trouble sticking and shipping is not accurate

I love this product but I payed for premium shipping and I got them as if I got standard shipping. The new glue is definitely better but the pads still have trouble sticking to the eyelid. If you can get the pads to stick they do a good job but the edges usually fall off in the middle of the lift which is irritating. We do use a bar of soap to clean our faces completely like they said. Good luck!

I ordered the eyelash serum a few weeks…

I ordered the eyelash serum a few weeks ago and have received nothing yet. So I don't know where they're shipping from. Definitely, not the United States of America, it's probably coming from China even though it says Luxe US. Customer service is horrible, you email them, they don't get back to you. On their website at checkout the box for subscription is automatically checked so if youre not paying strict attention when you're ready to pay, you end up subscribing to something you don't want until you've actually tried the product out. It's a very deceptive websiteband shame on me for ordering through FB. Never again. I think the whole thing is a scam.I still haven't received my product too
