Totally please with the cow hide rug we ordered before Christmas and x2 cow hide cushion covers after - wick efficient service

My order arrived today. The rug, is a beautiful green and is soft. Great price too as I got it in the sale.
The mulberry coloured bag is amazing. The colour and size of the bag is perfect. The purse was purchased so I could ‘feel’ a cow hide. It’s a little small, but will still be used.
I would have given 5 stars but the order wasn’t shipped within the stated time frame.

Easy to use website, order arrived quickly and well packaged. Hat excellent quality and hoping to wear it for many years to come.

Well my order has not even arrived I have emailed four times and not received any update other than general go to refund page would not order anything and customer service is non existent

Placed an order December 31st for cushions .
Received confirmation of order and tracking number for Royal Mail.
Royal Mail tracking states they are awaiting my parcel and this has now been days!!!! It is currently 7th January…NO parcel , NO answer to email , No answer to telephone call/message !!!
Upon re reading the items I’m paying over £200 for just cushion covers!!!!!! It is only after reading reviews and going back in the website I was aware of this !!! The website is NOT CLEAR on this and it appears I’m not the only one to have been taken in by false advertising!
I wished I had read the reviews as this company definite would not of been used !!!
READ THEIR DESCRIPTION THOROUGHLY AS THEY ARE VERY MISLEADING!!!

They have now refunded after I sent an email saying I was now opening a case with PayPal.
This company tells lies!
They knew full well they had not despatched the items I paid for and as for that reply to this review saying they had not received my emails , how come they were replying to them!!!!
Jesus Christ I don’t know if they have had too much merriment in the new year but they contradict themselves at every opportunity.
NEVER AGAIN will I use this company and it appears others going by the most recent reviews are having problems!

They sent me the wrong item, instead of apologising for their mistake and arranging delivery of what I actually ordered I’ve had to jump through hoops to return it. I will order the item from another company. Will not use this company again.

Regarding your response below - this illustrates my point. You sent the wrong item, now I have the hassle of having to try to print a label, spend my lunch break standing in a queue to return an item that I didn’t order and you still don’t apologise. I’m not returning an item I don’t want, it’s something I didn’t order. Your mistake is wasting my time.

Purchased natural cowhide cushions and I'm genuinely impressed. The quality is excellent, exactly as described, and they look fantastic in the space. Clearly well made and thoughtfully finished. I would 100% recommend and will definitely be coming back for future purchases.

I have contacted the company many times about my order which I placed on the 10th December. I would like to return the order but the form page will not allow me to submit.
I have sent numerous emails but there is no reply. I am very worried as the item was high value and I would like a refund but fear this is not a legitimate company. Still waiting for a reply of what to do next. Please can someone help?
