Fast delivery, beautiful rug. Really pleased with my purchase.

It’s such a beautiful colour and it’s so soft- the small purple rug that I’m going to put on my chair to make it more cozy. It’s just gorgeous.

I bought the Sexto new Zealand sheepskin in Oyster. It was beautiful, but the colour wasn't what I expected, ( more brown than Oyster). I understand the colours can vary, but unfortunately it didn't look right in my room I contacted I.Cowhide to instigate a return. The process was pretty straight forward and they refunded me within a few weeks without quibble, which was great. I am sometimes wary of making big purchases on line, but I can confirm that you need not worry with I. Cowhide.

I have tried very hard to contact the company via email and leaving msg on answer machine to no avail, very frustrating. I only wanted a basic answer to a colour issue. The image gave the item as black and white (leather, not hide) it keeps arriving as brown. Now returning my 3rd bag and giving up!! Terrible communication!!!

Delivery of bag good communication by email re delivery good but the bag has 2 imperfections they are lines in the gold outer area and what almost seems like two pulled up lines in the inside where it has been mended? I appreciate it is leather and a natural material but the lines don’t appear to be natural and do affect the overall presentation as surrounding area is perfect

I received a chocolate brown dark suede bag from ICowHide and it's a nice enough bag but it's very casual and I want to return it because I am looking for a smarter more formal looking bag that I can use at work in a serious job. I emailed the company more than 48 hours ago asking for a return label and I had a reply yesterday asking me if I'd be willing to keep the bag for a discount and a further discount off my next purchase. The email said if not, that they could send me a returns label and I wrote to confirm yes I did want one and did not want to keep it as previously mentioned. I've never had a company trying to haggle with me before when I've said I'd like to return it. Today I got a return label reply after sending various emails in response to their advertising which kept arriving. It made me nervous after reading the other reviews on here. I expect timely communication when asking to make a return and a straight forward process as returns are advertised as free. It's very disconcerting when it takes a few days to receive a return label as I want to post the item and get my money back. I think the policy of haggling with folk to try to persuade them to keep it is the wrong tactic. It's very offputting as an independent thinking adult, when I've decided I wish to return an item for valid reasons, I don't expect to be haggled with and left for a few days (almost like being told off and given 'thinking time' as a naughty child). As said, it was a nice enough bag but the haggling approach and delay in receiving a return label has put me off shopping with this brand in future. I'm disabled and my carers are in just two days per week when they can go to the post office. I expect a return label to be sent the day after I reply and the same day as the person emailed me to haggle so I can get it in the mail when my carer is available to do this. It's not a very UK tactic to haggle with customers, possibly isn't sending out the right vibe. I would rethink this one.

Wanted a cowhide for a couple of years but never had the money until now.

A lot of hassle trying to send a rug back. Also they sew two rugs or more together and it shows when placed down. Customer service is diabolical!

Really pleased with my goat skins, they look lovely over the back of my sofas.
