The engineer turned up on time. Was very friendly, professional and efficient. He carried out all his safety check, before starting work, which he did very quickly. He left no mess and was clean and tidy.

Initially, a long wait to speak to someone. Once the call was answered though, everything was handled with expertise. The engineer was sent out promptly and proved to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and very tidy in his work. Our boiler is now working perfectly. Job well done!

The engineer was great.The issue was…
The engineer was great.The issue was identified and resolved. My issue is that I notified the problem on the 12th October the engineer arrived on the 20th. My had a knee replacement and came home on the 13th Oct.We were without heating at a time it was needed most So we're a bit disappointed.

Poor customer service and wait times.
Shocking company, I paid the big sum of 360 pounds for a fixed price repair, when the engineer came out he said he can't fix it until I sourced someone else on top of paying that amount to fix a different issue, which as stupid as that was, I did. I then rearranged for the repair people to come back. I was told to make sure they came back within 30 days otherwise I would have to pay the lump sum again?? Like that's my fault... anyway comes to the day of waiting for the engineer. Was told they would call between 8-9am. It is now 11:18 and they have only just called. The customer service chat bot put me on wait from 9:29am until 10:56am to have someone called Jake come into the chat and not be helpful at all. He said he would ring the contractors and get them to see when they will phone me with an ETA but that's 'all I can do I am afraid.'. I encourage everyone to read these reviews before going with this awful company.
