HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND
As a business user, HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND
Not efficiency, not helpful, and rude
Usually, they took more than 10 days to reply an email, mostly have been ignored and never reply, it took them few months to solve one little issue
The only time they use email is the issue about money, such as remind us to pay the invoice, ask us to increase budget
Their CPC is fixed (Cannot do bid management) and high but not performing good
Avoid using their services!!!

Resposta da Idealo
Good day Sam,
Thanks for taking the time to provide a review. We'd like to obtain a better idea of the situation, but in order to do this, we need more information about the specific incident you're referring to. Please contact us through mail@idealo.co.uk so we can open a dialogue.
Regarding your statement that we do not provide bidding opportunities - this is correct. Our aim is not to enable shops to bid their way to a top position. Rather, the shop that provides the best price to our customers will always be the shop that is listed first. This goes hand-in-hand with our dedication to transparency for our valued customers.
Kind regards,
Your idealo Team

Don't publish my review
I am very disappointed that they haven't approved my review for the SoundWear Companion speaker. Apparently they are having great issues on their website!

Hi Jocke,
Thank you for your feedback. We're not currently experiencing any issues with the review function and we of course welcome reviews from consumers as this is one of the best ways to help others make the right choice on their next purchase.
We do however always check each review carefully and if we are uncertain that the review is from a genuine customer or if there is any suggestion that the review has been written by someone with a vested interest in the product, we won't publish the review as this could include misleading information.
