My order came really fast and in a nice package. The bag itself is really nice but it is smelling terribly to synthetics that I cannot still use it.
I am leaving it everyday in open air so it loses its smell. I really like this brand but I am a bit disappointed in this case …

Hi,
I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your experience with us. I can see that you have placed two orders with us and, unfortunately, you provided an incorrect delivery address on both orders which is the reason they could not be delivered. We have issued a full refund for both orders for you.
Furthermore, please note that we are a Swedish company and therefore, we communicate in Swedish or English. I am sorry but we are not fluent in French.
If there is anything we can do for you, you are welcome to contact us here: reviews@idealofsweden.com
Best regards,
