Marcus Thorpe, the owner, told me that he wouldn't do "small, intricate" requests for my company.

This, despite having a Gmail address as his company's email! Can you get any more casual?

I would stay clear of companies like this if you want to be professional. People who rub shoulders with clients once and start to think of themselves as Sterling Cooper are a boast away from a bad job.

And, furthermore, his conduct is just pathetic.

Many others in this game - go with someone who has manners and reliability.

In regards to the reply, he was both rude to me and a tad insulting to my employer. He was neither polite nor kind and has not attempted to be professional in this matter.

Absolutely fantastic service… ordered my Ikat stencil on Sunday, which was acknowledged Monday, I was amazed that it was delivered first thing Tuesday from Yorkshire via 2nd class post.
I will definitely order from Ideal Stencils in future

Wonderful service, especially considering I sent incorrect email details! Marcus kept in touch and we got there in the end! My stencil arrived ahead of time and absolutely perfect. It even came with a handy how to use and look after your stencil which I thought was a nice touch. Reasonably priced too. Would 100% use again!

I looked through a few different websites before settling on Ideal Stencils as my choice. I was so confused with big claims and difficult to understand enquiry processes on the others. Ideal Stencils has a simply way to upload your stencil image requirement and Marcus got back to me after hours which I appreciated as I work during the day and more importantly he really helped my with suggestions.
The resulting stencils arrived today and I am over the moon with the quality, A+ service. Extremely pleased I chose Ideal Stencils.
