I ordered a daughter candle and never received it. I contacted the company and was told they had no record of my order. They have taken my money and not delivered my goods. This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. I will never order from them again and I will ensure everyone I know is aware they take your money and don't deliver goods.

I'm writing this review because I just wanted to make people aware this shop is NOT a scammer, well not for me anyway.
I ordered with Idorashop and realised a few days later I had not received an order confirmation via email so when I looked into them I saw a lot of reviews saying they were scammers and once you have paid you don't receive the goods. I therefore raised a concern with PayPal and asked for my money back and to cancel my order.
Idorashop responded and said the items had been made and the order could not be cancelled.
Following this I then received an email from Idorashop confirming the items were on route and I could track it the whole time.
Admittedly the items did take around 4-5 weeks to arrive from date of order but the items I ordered were great! I was extremely happy with the quality and my Mum absolutely loved them when I gave them to her.
I would definately recommend them, I would just give yourself enough time for them to arrive as they come from China (according to my tracking information).

If I could give 0 out of 5 I would! Avoid this company! Product purchased was damaged and didn't work. Asking to return and refund but they are being difficult and bartering for what % they will give. Still trying after a week to get a refund. If this continues much longer I will be reporting to the bank and Trading Standards.

I don’t normally write reviews but I actually went out of my way to find this website and leave a review because I was so happy. I purchased a personalised pet necklace with our dog on it for my sister and I could not be any happier with it. The necklace was a little bit expensive(£32) but as it’s a one off and it’s her birthday I considered it to be worth it, I was worried it may look a little too generic but it looks exactly like our dog. I’m sorry to hear about everyone else’s negative experiences but mine wasn’t like that at all. Delivery did take approx. 2 weeks but I think that’s pretty good considering it came from China.

I ordered champagne glasses , didn't receive them , i contacted them they said it will take a bit longer due to covid I ordered them late March, when tracking the item it now says its expired I have demanded a refund and I have yet to receive a reply, I find it strange that you can not contact them via phone . I believe I have
been scammed. Don't buy from this company cause you don't know if your going to get the product or not.

I ordered a personalised photo pendant from these, I was a bit sceptical at first and thought “nah they can’t get the detail right” but they have done a brilliant job in my personalised photo pendant of my dog and it had every last bit of detail in the pendant.
It Comes from China so will take a good few weeks but worth the wait

If you want to waste your money on this scam go right ahead. My bestie paid $40 for their glowing up Rock thingi with a face on it and it looked nothing like the advertisement. It was the creepiest thing ever. She contacted for a refund and they said they can’t give a full refund. It was their fault and they were so unhelpful about it

This shop is a fraud. They charge you $30 for fast order execution 2-5days shipping and yet take several weeks to deliver your order. If you need to order something for an event or a special date don't even consider them. Not only they will fail you, but they also refuse the refund.
In addition, all items are very low quality. Silver jewelry is not 925 quality but much lower, it irritates skin just like cheap metal. Fraud!

If this is the correct website (which I’m 99.9% sure it is) then I would give them 5 stars all day. I ordered a custom photo necklace about 2 weeks ago.. I received it yesterday and it’s exactly what I was hoping for. I would definitely order again. Not sure why the reviews are so bad.

Never even received my item! £50 down the drain !! Wouldn't even offer a refund after waiting 2 months for nothing to arrive!!

Did have 2 large scratches down the back of the glass other than that it’s okay. I Wouldn’t buy from them again takes almost 2 months to get here ( it’s in China) & it’s overpriced.

Ordered a necklace from idora shop which arrived in less than 3 weeks , I was able to track my item with the tracking number provided, and my item is very beautiful I'm so happy with it , I was worried after reading some reviews but I had no issues at all and would happily order from them again

They are nightmares! They took the money from my account straight away when I've made the order and it's already almost 1 month and I still don't have my parcel!
Don't order/buy anything from this scammers!
