Customer service was outstanding. The response to the problem with my order was immediate, and the solution demonstrated that the company goes all out to back up its products and maintain customer loyalty.

Kortnii was fantastic! She took a difficult situation and made me ( the client) feel totally taken care of. That is very rare these days. It was my first time ordering and I hope to continue with this brand into the future as I am impressed with the customer service.

I got on to write a review because I almost didn't buy from them because of the complaints of delays... but I decided to buy anyway and just assume I'd have to wait. My two lipsticks came in just a few days and I love them.

Besides having a good line of products, that have worked well for my sensitive skin, I’ve had a couple of customer service inquiries needing support and have found them to be highly responsive and reasonable.

Save yourself the trouble and buy from Sephora or Nordstrom. The logistics of this company are a hot mess. Ordered 2 products, they only sent 1. I email support and I get an auto-response that they won't get back to me for 5 business days. Hot mess. Good makeup though.

Products are fine, but they didn’t work well for my skin.

Tavonia was so kind, accommodating, and professional when assisting me with exchanging my ILIA complexion stick for a different shade, since the one I initially ordered did not match my skin tone. ILIA is a great brand with great values, and employees like Tavonia do a great job of reflecting that.

I had the personal assistance of Tavonia who was excellent. I chose the wrong shade of the Super Serum Skin Tint and instantly Tavonia responded and asked me to send in a photo of my skin tone to match me to the right shade. . She chose the perfect match with BOM BOM ST5 and I couldn't be happier with the finish and product which leaves my skin looking polished, dewy and like glass. Definitely ordering more. Plus my exchange arrived super fast despite the Christmas season in full swing! Really pleasant service, fast and extremely helpful polite assistance from ILIA.

Ilia’s products are really lovely, easy to use and so kind to your skin… and they have so many items to choose from not to mention all the different shades! I needed to switch a shade and they made it so easy for me. The customer service team really go above and beyond - great, clean products and fantastic customer service! What more could I a girl want?!

Placed my order in Dec 1 and as of writing this review it still has not shipped. It has been 7 business days. Their website states it would ship within 3 business days.

I have sent multiple emails to them. The first email I sent they said someone would reach out within 1-2 business days and it has been 4 business days and multiple emails sent to them and no response or help.

For a company that charges a premium for their products, this is horrible customer service that feels more like a scam. I can understand if they just responded with a new ETA or explanation as to what is happening so I can plan whether to wait it out or buy the product somewhere else but no updates at all.

Update: They had technical glitches that prevented the tracking information from populating. So my purchase was shipped on time :). I am updating to three stars as I did get my purchase on time, however, customer communication was slower than I would have wanted. I would give them another chance, though.

Best clean makeup ever! My allergies and contact dermatitis has flared up as I have gotten older, not to mention being diabetic and on a GLP-1 and going through menopause, but this makeup is the ONLY thing my skin does not react to, and my face feels good after using it. It's clean and easy to apply and take off, and buildable. You can make it as subtle as you need. I have been happy with everything I have purchased so far. The agents are very helpful in choosing colors. The shipping is sometimes a bit off, but it's quality makeup.

After placing my first order and being delighted with the products and the delivery service, I have made a second order and couldn’t be more disappointed. Not only did I have to chase up the order after having passed 3 business days and getting no notification about it being shipped I have now received my parcel and part of the order is missing.

Update: I rec’d my order around Dec 10. Customer service eventually reached out. My order was never updated to reflect shipped, it just showed up one day. Perhaps their system was just overwhelmed with orders for the holidays. I enjoy their products.

Ordered Nov 25, it is Dec 6 and not a peep. Only one email to say my order was received. On the website the status has not been updated to confirmed, certainly not shipped (despite website saying they ship in 3 days). I submitted a customer service inquiry 2 days ago and nothing. Buyer beware. If this company is big enough to be in all the makeup stores, they need to get their act together for direct online.

The products previously bought are nice, however I have a delayed order that hasn't been processed or shown any movement for over a week. Unfortunately, customer service ceased to respond four days ago, and tracking doesn't show any updates either.

I received a defective product and Tavonia went above and beyond to help me! My email was answered quickly and a new product was on it's way to me. Every product I have tried from this company I have loved and now with this super customer service I'm an even bigger fan! Thank you!

Placed an order well before holiday season. Item did not ship until a week later and has been stuck in a remote town in PA for 3 days now. Carrier was a weird cross border fulfillment provider YunExpress or Cirro E-Commerce that I have never heard of. I even received some of my orders placed on other retailers on black friday already, yet the Ilia's package is not even close to be delivered. Website also has constant glitch such as failure to add item to shopping bag, an absolute headache to deal with. If you are a fan of their products, try order on other dealers. If you just want to try them out, I would say avoid at all cost.

Went above and beyond to help me sort out a mistake I made and were super kind and helpful.

It was dispatched 15 days after ordering. This is far too late.

Now 25days has been passed since I ordered, here is another issue that the delivery address was incomplete where missing unit number. So the courier contacted to me via WhatsApp but I could not answer the phone and texted back but still no response after 2 days. now I got another extra time. I exhausted such a bad experience.

Finally I received it yesterday. I’m relieved. It took almost a month…
