Amazing products, need better protective wrapping
Hello, firstly thank you for the complimentary hand cream and generally for the amazing products you make, which I love. They smeel and feel scrumptious and I love your environmental philosophy. The only reason I am giving only 4 stars this year is because the dispenser of two of them came broken :( I think is because there was no protective stuffing at all... Which I found a bit odd.

Amazing place
Amazing place, I loved it!💕
The room, the eco products, and the breakfast was so great. The guy in the reception was very welcoming and helpful. I’m surely coming back.:)

I did not receive my products nor any reaction
I ordered 3 products a week a go, but I did not receive any product yet. Also I did not receive a confirmation of my order.
I send an e-mail to ask if everything was plat, sinds I an used to receive a confirmation ot a receipt, but I did not receive any reaction. I hope to hear soon from I love eco essentials.

Det gick allt bra met betalning och det också fanns ett snabbt leverans. Men jag tycker bättre om Hermes eller DHL som aviserar leveranser och som ger möjlighet att ange ett plats för leverans istället för att skicka det till ent ganska långt bort station :-)

Det er en daglig glæde af at bruge produkterne. Dog har der været et problem med at pumpen ikke virker i lang tid. Efter jeg gjorde opmærksom på mit problem fik jeg tilsendt nye pumper.

Es war leider nicht alles lieferbar, was ich bestellt habe. Ich konnte wählen, ob ich die ganze Bestellung stornieren will oder sie trotzdem bekommen möchte. Sofort wurde das Geld des nicht lieferbaren Produkts zurückgebucht. Außerdem war in meinem Paket eine kleine Entschädigung. Hab mich sehr gefreut! Alle Produkte sind großartig! Ganz lieben Dank!
