Due to some technical issues, my Iluumi stopped working, so I immediately emailed the technical support team. Within minutes, I received a response, and they quickly resolved the issue.

Mis helped me a lot throughout the process. She was very patient, listened carefully to my concerns, and guided me through the troubleshooting process step by step.

My experience shopping was brilliant, they did forget to pack my free gifts but I emailed them and Mia was such a great help she responded so quickly and shipped out the missing items straight away and was genuinely so helpful! Great job Mia!!

My first shipment was damaged and never delivered. The replacement arrived with the courier bag already open and shampoo leaking from the bottle. I had also received two shampoos instead of a shampoo and conditioner. After quite a palava, the shampoos were eventually refunded. I then used the hair mask for 25 minutes. It felt amazing when I rinsed it out, but afterwards I noticed significant hair breakage.
I contacted customer service about this, but they refused to refund the mask because it had been used.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience - from the damaged first shipment, to the leaking replacement and incorrect products, and finally the hair breakage and lack of support from customer service. Definitely not the experience I expected.

I have been using it since June 2026 and can tell you that it definitely works. I used it 3 times a week for first 3 weeks and then moved to once a week for 2 weeks and noticed significant reduction in my hair growth. I then moved to once a month. I dont have to shave at all. My bikini hair are 80% gone. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! this is my 2nd review.

⭐️ Very disappointed with the customer service

I ordered several items from Lluumi, but one item was missing from my order.

I contacted customer service and was told that they would check the issue for me. Unfortunately, after that, I never received any further response or update.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but completely disappearing after promising to look into the issue is very disappointing and unprofessional.

I paid for the item and still haven’t received it or a proper resolution. I hope Lluumi will take this matter seriously and improve their customer service.

Used the shampoo, conditioner and hair mask at my friends house, fell in love with it after only 1 use. My hair had never felt so soft, shiny, and honestly, it was gorgeous.
Ordered the 3 that day, but, unfortunately, had a little hiccup when delivered. I emailed customer support, gave them all the details, and it was sorted within a few days. Both James, and Mia from customer service were fantastic, emails were answered very quickly and didn't take long for a resolution. Can't possibly recommend any higher.

I experienced the most amazing customer service provided by Mia from the Iluumi customer support team. The pump on my conditioner bottle was defective, and Mia went above and beyond to help remedy this. After some failed attempts, Mia and the team agreed to send me over a replacement bottle at no cost.
I am so incredibly grateful for this and will recommend this shampoo/conditioner/mask to all of my friends.

At last a product that delivers what they promise! I have been using the set, Shampoo, Conditioner, and mask once a week , the results for me were immediate ! My hair is glossy and has received compliments recently!

i bought the ipl pro in feb, this device promises 90 day results (all hair gone) at the 90 day mark i had'nt had any change so i reached out and they told me to keep going, a month and a bit later i reached out again same message. now 6 months later still no results i reached out asking for a refund because at this point there is no reason to continue wasting my time. they told me the only way to get results is to keep going (even after 6 months of consistent use with a 90 day promised results) when i then asked for a refund i was told no beacause refunds are only done in the first 90 days even though i reached out at that point and was told i had to keep using the product to get results. save your money and your time and dont get this product.
Update: 1 week of not useing the product and all my hair has come back fully, not even a week of no hair growth after 6 MONTHS OF USE

I have always loved my hair from a young age but I have to admit I never treated it good. My hair has mostly been kept long and youth played a big part in why it looked and felt healthy and strong. When I turned 40 yrs old my hair started thinning and losing it's natural shine and gloss and it now took effort to maintain. My family can attest to how much I love my hair even now that I'm 47yrs old and with the iluumi hair system my hair has that softness, shine and bounce back. It amazes me how beautiful my hair feels again. Love, love, love this product and you have to buy the system to truly get results.

Delivery on time. Good customer service. Overall very satisfied with the IPL pro device. Felt just like as if I went to the professionals (which I have done for years) to get lasered :)

I have finally received all products I ordered. I am really happy with the quality of the shampoo, conditioner and mask, however I did have issues with the online ordering process. I will say that once I let them know I hadn't received the product, and then that I had received the incorrect product the customer service were very good at replying to my emails, so I did appreciate the good communication. Not sure I will be making any further online purchases, but happy to be able to try their products, which in my opinion are good.

The complete Collagen & Maca Set is just AMAZING and from the very first use, I can feel the difference in the softness of my hair. I also use all the products on my daughter's hair (very thick and curly) and it is the only product we have found that does not dry her hair out. Very pleased with the product and would highly recommend!

I absolutely love the IlluMi shampoo, conditioner, and hair mask range. It has completely tamed my frizz and keeps my hair smooth and frizz-free from one wash to the next. I usually wash my hair every three days, and the results last the entire time.

I love these products so much that I’ve even got my sister hooked on them too!

Mia responded to my email almost immediately, and we exchanged emails back and forth without any delays until she had completely resolved the issue. My routine is to wash my hair with the shampoo and conditioner, towel dry it, then massage in the hair mask and leave it on for 20–30 minutes before rinsing it out. After that, I style my hair as usual. This routine has made such a difference to the condition and manageability of my hair.

I would definitely recommend IlluMi to anyone struggling with frizz or looking for healthier, smoother hair.
