Recent booking
Morgan was excellent although he couldn’t give me an answer to why in your brochure it stated you got five nights complimentary in Mexico but when you reckoned everything up you didn’t.If it’s printed in your brochure you should honour it but he said you have had problems with printing, but really this is beneficial to you not the customer.

From booking our amazing trip to South…
From booking our amazing trip to South Korea and Japan we were kept informed with information documentation. The transfers from the airport to the hotel in South Korea were excellent as was the shuttle from the hotel to the cruise port.
Our only moan would be our indirect flight back to the UK from Narita. Our outbound flight was direct with Virgin to Seoul of 11 hours 45 minutes. Our return flight was from Narita to Doha 11 house 30 minutes and then a flight from Doha to Heathrow of 7 hours 30 minutes. Of course we should have asked about the duration of the return flights but to travel a further 7 hours 30 minutes meant a very long journey home

Great Service and Advice
I contacted Imagine having seen a cruise holiday advertised with dates that suited us. I spoke to Aimee who was very helpful and gave us lots of information and a couple of options. After discussing things I rang back to make the booking. I had cause to ring a few times and each staff member was exceptional in their professional, helpful and pleasant approach. In a short time the message had got through and Aimee returned the call. She gave us thorough information without bombarding us which was appreciated.
When I mentioned that this would be our first cruise she gave us useful tips for first timers and couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful if she had tried.
One guy mentioned his disappointment with his holiday. We haven’t travelled yet but if the booking process and company are anything to go by, we should have a wonderful time.
If not, I’ll let you know,
