Zoe was very helpful and explained all about the holiday and answered any questions I had.
Zoe was very helpful when I spoke to her yesterday about the holiday. I wanted to book the holiday but had a few question. She was amazing and very professional she knew all the answers to my questions. I spoke to my husband and we were very happy to proceed with the booking so I called again today and spoke to Zoe and booked the holiday.

Sales staff are charming but what about the product.
I am surprised that so many of these reviews are based on the sales personnel rather than the product itself.
We travelled to Costa Rica and then boarded the Silverseas SIlver Shadow.
In Costa Rica we were placed in a modern corporate style hotel in San Jose and then travelled regularly 4 hours daily to sub standard attractions. None of us felt that we had really visited the country in the way it is described by so many visitors…
The Silver Shadow is an old ship and has a tired feel. The staff were let down badly by the actions of their security staff who delayed our departure at Bridgetown. I wrote to Silverseas but they did not even reply.
It is some time now since that very poor experience but I was prompted into submitting this after receiving Imagine’s glossy brochure today. These trips they put together sound so good I almost fell for it again ..
until I remembered.

Very good service from Aimee in booking our cruise
Aimee was very helpful during the booking process. Aimee did advise that due to the offer they would be very busy and it did take a long time for a callback which is the only reason it has not 5 stars , it should not detract from the service that AImee provided when we did connect up.

Easy to book, quick and helpful

She was informative and booking was easy. She did speak quite fast so I did mention this. Otherwise I found it easy to book this holiday.

Professional service
Telephone answered promptly. The person I talked to was knowledgeable, clearly spoken and answered any questions that I had. The terms and conditions were explained well and the holiday itinerary was read to me in full. I received documentation promptly. Very pleased with the service.
