I had the absolute pleasure of working with three outstanding agents — Monique, Justina, and Malvika — and I can confidently say that my experience was nothing short of superb.

Monique was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the entire application process. She took the time to clearly explain every step, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made sure I was comfortable and informed at every stage. It’s extremely refreshing to actually have a positive experience with agents when looking for a new home.

The reason I say that is that when enquiring, Sosi immediately reached out to have a discussion on what the plan was. No selling, no suggestions, no pressure. And when we eventually came for an appointment, Sosi was extremely helpful in not only providing a solution, but helping us troubleshoot with the context of our plans in mind.

Since that point Sosi has been incredible in terms of providing updates, working through obstacles and overall providing a world class buying experience. Hands down the hardest working agent I’ve worked with and couldn’t recommend imagine living enough, and in particular Sosi (who I can see has also been mentioned by a few other reviewers!)

Moving is very rarely a stress-free experience, unless Justina is your estate agent!

I was enquiring about some properties that had become available in Atrium Point. Justina was always so wise, insightful and kind (this cannot be understated) at every juncture of the process that it felt like a breeze. To applying to view, to the viewings themselves, to putting in interest - Justina was always such a reassuring presence.

As many other reviewers here, I've been in the process of purchasing my first home in London and no matter how much people around me talked about the bureaucratic chaos that is juggling all these different stakeholders over such a long period of time, nothing could prepare me for the actual experience... and all the issues - big and small! - that could/would eventually turn up.

Luckily, the person in charge of a property I really liked (a shared ownership new built) turned out to be the best real-estate agent ever - Sosi had my back since Day 1 and the first call we had, updating me regularly, reaching out when she felt I was stressed, offering advice when she thought it could help, being super responsive and kind ... all the while making sure that, wherever possible, she'd remove any obstacle in our way.

Nina and Justina deserve a special shout out as well, because if it weren't for their quick responses, flexibility and can-do attitude, I would probably not be able to enjoy the comfort of a new home before this holiday season.

Justina picks my call and respond whenever I reach out to her this alone boosted my confidence and trust. I remember I requested for an earlier move in date and they made it possible.
