Sosi Ross was my main point of contact since the very beginning when I had my first viewing and quite honestly, she made this whole journey so much easier and fun for me. She's always so positive and incredibly supportive. I would have been much more stressed about the process of buying a shared ownership flat, but she was always there to calm me down and help me through the steps. I'm a bit sad it's over as it's always been a pleasure talking to Sosi :-)

Throughout the process we were kept updated, even though the dates changed we were kept in loop and were prioritise for completion. Sosi Ross was amazing Throughout the whole process and as a first time buyer we could not have ssked for a better person then sosi to guide us through it.
