Ordered Marble coffee & console tables, and a large mirror during Covid lockdown. I had difficulty getting in contact to ask about delivery date as the estimated date was soon approaching... I then got a call from them apologising about the late response (due to pandemic), and explaining that their supplier is late and the tables would take further 2 weeks, but they can ship the mirror to me now if want, and I said I rather just get them all together instead... After almost 2 weeks I did receive a text regarding the tables being on their way to me, and so they were within a few days. I then realised the mirror I had ordered wasn’t the size I actually wanted (it was my own miscalculation mistake) So they cancelled that for me and issued a refund the same day for it.
Overall I’m very happy with my order, initially I had trouble getting in touch, but as soon they responded they were updating me constantly, and answered any questions. The marble tables were well packed with clear and easy instructions. I did not mind an extra 2 week wait, and it’s perfectly understandable anyway during the pandemic. I do recommend them.

Excellent service despite an initial issue with delivery it was sorted very quickly and the goods were assembled for me at home. Excellent quality table too very sturdy and lovely finish.

Excellent Customer service, very friendly team, my belvedere sofas arrived promptly within 8 days which was great and they are beautiful.

Absolutely fantastic company, Jay phoned me to arrange delivery within 3 days of ordering, driver text me in the morning to keep me informed of delivery timing and my dining set look incredible. I have just had a lovely courtesy call from Jay to make sure I am happy with my delivery.. Fantastic service from start to finish, already eyeing up my next purchase.

Placed an order a few months ago. Got a cracked table asked for them to resend out which they did however was cracked again and ignored me. Raised a chargeback with bank. They had the cheeks to edit an email to say to my bank that I was happy when I told them to resend out they ignored me. Thanks to bank I got my money back. Your table is in my garden skip. Rubbish company and also a bunch of fraudsters be wary.

I’ve given two stars due to them emailing back extremely fast but I’ve been very disappointed with the communication when delivering the goods.I have had to email far to many times for up dates on delivery’s due to receiving two faulty chairs.

I absolutely love the furniture we ordered from here. The team at Imaginext have been so helpful with an issue I had, they resolved it straight away. Would highly recommend them to anyone and I would definitely buy from them again.

Lovely chairs and table, a few assembly issues, but we got there in the end, Sales team really helpful and offered help constantly. Definitely recommend

Ordered a Dining Table, Chairs and Display Cabinet in NOVEMBER, Received the Table and Chairs but STILL no Cabinet.
This Cabinet cost near £500, i was told i would receive it January after a delay.
No one answers the phone, no one reply's via Email, Facebook or live chat.

I Want a refund and now have to contact my bank. This company is not fulfilling orders and just taking money.

My Sister previously ordered a Table and chairs, only the Chairs have arrived and they have not responded to her Emails either.

AVOID to save yourself hassle

Ordered a dining set and bar stools. Was hesitant at first because of the bad reviews but decided to chance it and so glad I did! My items are absolutely stunning I'm so happy with them! The dining chairs arrived before the table but Customer Service were great, very responsive to emails. Table and barstools arrived a week after my dining chairs but not a massive problem all arrived within 3 weeks of ordering which is a lot quicker than I waited for my previous dining table from a different company. Everything needed putting together which might cause problems for some so bare this in mind (the table top weighed a tonne) luckily my Husband is quite handy.

Reading the below negative reviews and I cannot believe them. I had nothing but excellent experience. Amazing product (marble table + 6 chairs), great customer service, quick delivery and very good priced. Recommending to all. All my friends love the dining set!
