BAD COMPANY BEWARE!!!! AND DONT BUY FROM THEM

Very very bad company to buy from. I will not advice anybody to buy from this company because their services are bad. Poor customer service I bought a dinning table with 6 chairs from them in october 2022 and they brought me 2 new chairs and the remaining 4 was damaged. The table was used with broken leg, I have tried to contact them several times but to no avail. They reply your emails once or twice and they block you now when you send them emails they don't reply. I have called several times and no one picks the phone. They are scammers and you can read from the reviews that, this is what the've been doing to everyone. Their company needs to be shut down if not already dead. God will punch the. For all this evil they are doing to man kind. Too too bad. Karma will visit them for all the trouble theve caused.

Purchased a marble table and chairs first came damaged then second one chipped and not real marble!!just concrete and laminated!!very disappointed as not cheap.can anyone please tell me what I can do?its has passed time frame for section 75

Scamming dodgy company

Scamming dodgy company. They advertised a marble dining table with 6 chairs (£2,200), after months of chasing finally when the table arrived it’s not even marble, it’s cheap laminated marble effect glued onto a concrete base. I’ve only just realised with the laminate chipped and I can see the concrete beneath it. I’m lost for words. Tried going onto their website and it no longer exists.

Highly likely to be a scam - be careful!

I ordered two wardrobes and a dressing table on the 3rd of July 2022. After chasing on delivery the wardrobes and dressing table still had not arrived by the end of September. It was impossible to get through by phonecall. After every email I sent I received a different excuse about delays at the port, or the item being lost. Eventually I decided to request a refund. Adam agreed to process a refund for me and said it would be through in 5 - 8 working days. After waiting weeks for the refund and chasing up consistently by email I decided to raise a case with Paypal. Paypal informed me that the refund was processed and then immediately cancelled. They also then informed me that Imaginex was claiming they had delivered the item, however the tracking number they provided was found to be invalid. The PayPal case was closed in my favour and I finally received a refund from Paypal in December. These guys are very likely to be a fraudulent, unethical company. I highly recommend NOT giving them a cent of your money, or if you do...make sure you pay with Paypal to protect yourself!

Buyer beware…. Had to go through my credit card to get my refund…my first order went smoothly then my second order was a disaster and the stopped answering emails, then the phone calls were not answered

Horrific horrific customer service !!!
I am assuming this company has now gone bust ?! Spent £350 on a side table in March with 8 weeks delievry time, now Nov 2022 still not sign emailed, called, messaged every single month to no answer !!!

I had 2 beds delivered

I had 2 beds delivered. One of them damaged. Rang up for a replacement and was at first given an option for a discount. The parts were damaged beyond repair so I asked for a replacement and was told that it would be 6-8 weeks for a replacement. This was on 26/08/22. I have still to date not heard from imaginex and cannot get in touch with them neither by phone nor any reply from the numerous emails I have sent to them

To date I’m still waiting for a response from imaginex after asking for my goods 11thSeptember to be delivered.
After many unanswered phone calls & emails I’m still waiting. They haven’t contacted me to discuss weather they have the goods or given me a refund it’s been on going now everyday to get them to respond. I have paid £1790.80 for dining room furniture. Further action will be taken.

Are you lucky?

Don't use this company unless you are a very lucky person. Over a third of the reviews give them 1 star and do you need to take the risk?

They have a very convincing website and the products, if you get them, are good but there is a shambolic organisation behind it. When things go wrong, and remember over a third do, they are almost impossible to contact by phone and responses to emails are random, if at all.

Worst of all, and quite unforgivable, they lie. For example I have an email from them offering a £139 discount for goods that took nearly a year to get right. I have reminded them of this and do you think they have honoured it? They say they are waiting for the wrongly delivered goods to be returned but their logistics provider took them away over 13 weeks ago. Just another excuse not to behave professionally.

Are you lucky, I am not, after all, I chose to buy from ImagineX.

Absolute COWBOYS - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

How I wished I'd read the Trust Pilot reviews before ordering. I ordered a console table on the 24th June which never arrived. They claim XDP the courier company have sent them evidence that it was signed for. They've not been able to show me my signature on any documentation. They are absolute cowboys and are refusing to refund me, and they have lied throughout our correspondence. They only respond to emails when legal action is threatened, which I am now taking because I don't want anyone else to buy anything from them and be out of pocket as I am.

I placed my order on the 12th of july
Still waiting !
I’ve been more than polite when phoning our emailing .
To start with they would answer the phone to me but after all the excuses they most have run out of what to say to me !
I still was polite to them as I want my order!
I had an email back after sending a few with no response at the beginning of September to say it would be in on the 19th of October.
I have been trying to contact them with no response.
I’m really beginning to get worried now as this is my sons bed .
I have paid though PayPal which hopefully will help me .
I have not once been rude to this company!
I just want to know we’re my order is !
And to not answer the phone our reply to emails is unprofessional.
I wish now I used a different company, this is by far the worse experience I have ever had shopping on line!
Little update !
Thank god for PayPal they got my money back!
Ordered from another company who got my bed out to me within 3 days wish I used that company first !

I will add to The list of not dealing with the company. I can’t say I have rang as now I can’t find a number that works. I have been waiting for a wardrobe since June, the only contact has been because I have messaged them. This week no response at all.

Table and chairs

Ordered table and chairs, when delivered was the wrong table and chairs. I had to pay to return these item’s although it was not my fault, customer service appalling, luckily payed with PayPal who took on my dispute, and saw in my favour and got full refund. Do not order from this Company. This Company gets zero stars from me!!!!!

APPALLING. DO NOT USE
I wish I had read the reviews. Ordered a console on 2nd May 2022.
I have been chasing by phone and unanswered emails for months!

This morning, I wrote and stated this was theft as they clearly have no intention of supplying.

In less than 5 minutes, they responded having ignored 12 other emails, and agreed to refund.

After so called refunding, I saw nothing on my account.

I eventually opened a dispute on Paypal

7 months AFTER i ordered, I got my refund through Paypal

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered nest of coffee tables in June. Said they were in stock delivery 7-10 days nothing arrived. Rang no one answers the phone. Email back and forth eventually getting replies after days of waiting. Anyway, cut long story short. Excuses after excuses, some reasons for delay were an insult to my intelligence.
My refund arrived today 4 months later after waiting forever.
Do not deal with this cowboy outfit.
Looks like they’ve changed their name to continue their appalling business

This is without a doubt THE WORST…

This is without a doubt THE WORST company I’ve ever dealt with. I would also like to say that I never leave reviews, but I don’t want people to experience the poor customer service I have had to experience . I paid £1029 on 28th July for chairs I still haven’t received up to today 24/9/22. It’s been lie after lies or told my items will be delivered by a certain date on different occasions and then not arriving. I’ve been given a tracking number but no courier name, attempts of trying to get the name has proved fruitless as they never respond to emails.it’s a joke. Please Avoid at all costs, don’t waste your money or time!!! I hope this helps some of you thinking of purchasing from these guys. Im reporting them to Trading Standards as they shouldn’t be allowed to trade ; Stay away from these rogues. They don’t deserve any stars it’s only because there is no option for zeros.

One star too many

One star too many. I have now been waiting 11 1/2 weeks for my £508 paid order. Order was placed 3rd July 2022 and it’s now 20th September 2022. I’ve been given various reasons as to why there has been a delay. None have been remotely satisfactory and I suspect all have been a lie. I have asked 5 times over the past 2 weeks for an update which has been ignored. They blame the courier: so I suggested they use a different one which they said they would and Still no order. Still no contact with a delivery date. Still no acceptable reason for delay. My question to them is do I carry on waiting like a fool they make me out to be, do I demand a full refund, should I report to trading standards, will I take them to the small claims court or the sheriff in Scotland for breach of contract? All in all appallingly terrible service from an unprofessional company with no sense of urgency, no sense of right or wrong and it would appear no interest. I wholeheartedly would not recommend this company and would urge anyone else to use a different supplier avoiding this company at all costs. Please pass this message on to anyone you hear that may be considering using this company as no one deserves to be treated like this whether they are a paying customer or not. I hope they see this message and it provokes some kind of reaction. At least that would be some kind of acknowledgment which is so far lacking. Perhaps acknowledgement with a suitable resolve?
UPDATE: 21st September 2022.
A reaction was provoked from ImagineX, without any other communication or request, a full refund of £508 has been made. So after almost 12 weeks they have decided they cannot fulfil the order for whatever reason they don’t want to disclose. This just proves exactly the kind of cowboys they are. They have also asked for further information so they can verify who I am. Incredible.
FURTHER UPDATE 21 September 2022.
Trust pilot have asked me to verify the transaction as otherwise ImagineX have asked that my comments be removed. The ImagineX invoice was sent to me as a link within an email. Upon clicking on the link it now takes you to an invoice that has no order or order value. Just as well I took a screen shot a few weeks ago of the original invoice with the full order, value and delivery address .. just in case it would be required. Needless to say trust pilot now have the copy invoice as requested along with the updated one. If that’s not sneaky I don’t know what is. I’m lost for words. It really makes me wonder what other information they may falsify if then can blatantly change an invoice.

Avoid at all costs

Please, please, please do not use this company. Similar to a recent review I have experienced the same. Take your money, provide failed delivery dates ( no delivery after 9 weeks on a 2-4 week delivery). Do not respond to emails. Do not answer the phone. In fact totally uncontactable. Credit card company now involved

Scam Do not use - Incompetent

Scam Do not use. Ordered a table and chairs. Have waited nearly 6 months for delivery 5 "failed" delivery attempts. In the end half the items arrived not as a described. Currently going through a credit dispute to get a refund.

I can't work out if its incompetence on imagineX's side or if they are actually scamming people. Reading through the other reviews its still could be either.

Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT USE.

In July bought a Louis 180cm Grey Marble Dining Table online to now haven't received the table, ask what's wrong with my orders, said someone contact me many times I didn't reply, but I didn't receive any mail or information, such as telephone, and I have been at home all the time, it’s no one contact me and then contact ask customer can cancel the order give me a refund, haven't reply my mail, I hope to see this evaluation can deal with my order as soon as possible
